Pam I am a very “result oriented” person and I tend to get bored and give up easily. With you I can’t do that. You combine all types of exercise. It’s the first time in my life I’ve been so challenged and motivated. I’ve gone from a beginner to your hardcore plan within a month. And although I know this is probably too soon, I just try to do a simpler “beginner” version during a very hard exercise. And I love that you are truthful and don’t feed us this “body positivity, you do you” bulls**t. It’s hard work, but you make it look so easy. Keep challenging us! 🥰

I adore all your stretching & yoga workouts! It's hard to believe that it takes me only 5-10 minutes to feel extremely relaxed and relieved after stressful days or so. I never feel such calmness, it's the best way of meditating and connecting with my body!🤤 Sometimes I change some of the movements (which look harder) just to avoid loosing this pleasant relaxing feeling in my body :) Pam, thank you for your amazing work and putting your soul into each workout session, we really feel and love it!❤

I have lost over 50 pounds and half of that is thanks to your help!
