Everything about pam's workout videos is perfect.. Cardio and hiit exercise- the way they should be (exhausting at the end🤪) Dance workout- sweaty and fun at the same time Yoga and pilates- relaxing amd energetic . Loving the content you are putting forward pam....🚀💫💫

This was exactly what I needed calm and relaxing, lately I feel so much pressure I have to study for an entrance exam and not. Hey, just wanted to say I kind of hate workingout, but I started with your videos on march 2023, and i have stuck to it at least 5 days a week since then. Who can argue they dont have 10minutes!!! The nusic, the aesthetics, the info on screen, the variety, everything. Just my cup of tea. You nailed it and i love i found your work!!! Thanks!

My fav streching+yoga so far. I am immersed in the tranquility and I can feel the flow as my muscles stretch. Feeling so peaceful and empowered. Love how this video ends poetically, as Pam walk towards the crystal water. Thank you so much!

Pam I am a very “result oriented” person and I tend to get bored and give up easily. With you I can’t do that. You combine all types of exercise. It’s the first time in my life I’ve been so challenged and motivated. I’ve gone from a beginner to your hardcore plan within a month. And although I know this is probably too soon, I just try to do a simpler “beginner” version during a very hard exercise. And I love that you are truthful and don’t feed us this “body positivity, you do you” bulls**t. It’s hard work, but you make it look so easy. Keep challenging us! 🥰

I want to thank so. You have helped so many people including me with my mental and physical health. I feel so much better, and confident thanks to your programs. I adore all your stretching & yoga workouts! It's hard to believe that it takes me only 5-10 minutes to feel extremely relaxed and relieved after stressful days or so. I never feel such calmness, it's the best way of meditating and connecting with my body!🤤 Sometimes I change some of the movements (which look harder) just to avoid loosing this pleasant relaxing feeling in my body :) Pam, thank you for your amazing work and putting your soul into each workout session, we really feel and love it!❤

Pam I never said thank you so I will do it now. When the lockdown starts a few years ago and we were forced to stay at home, together with my wife started to do some exercise while watching your videos. That had a huge impact on us [not only physically]. so thank you again.

Thank you Pam. 😊 I can't say enough positive things about your videos. I'm 34 and was always out of shape and dreaded gym even when I was a young girl. I've followed you since Nov. I have lost over 50 pounds and half of that is thanks to your help! Yesterday I did my first REAL push up and I will be in a bikini this summer also first time ever. 💪 Age is just a number to do better and be better at! Thanks for helping me enjoy something I never thought I would! 💜💕🫂
