Excellent bonus tips that can make the difference when stretching after practice! I used to do static stretch before playing, it is so easy to make an important mistake like this. This and similar videos help a lot, at least for the basics that many or most recreative players simply do not know.

Yoga for after the training, works wonders. Just whatever is most relevant to your most needed muscle groups to recover.

Useful stretch exercises, thanks. But I would rather not sit on the tennis court. I think the hamstring and sleeper exercise can also be done standing up. That's what I liked about your dynamic warm-up routine, that it was all standing up.

Foam rolling is excellent, Ethan! I'll do that with a lacrosse ball or half-sized foam roller occasionally. Really gets the knots out!
