This week's video is a quick 10 minute stretching routine for beginners that targets the hips, hamstrings, spine, and core. This yoga sequence is like a mini vinyasa flow with holds so that we get deep stretches along the way.
I love this routine because you can do it if you're short on time but you want a full-body stretch to relieve any aches, pains, tight muscles, or stiff joints that we often wake up with in the morning.
If you are trying to improve your overall flexibility, then this is a great yoga class to do regularly. Practice this routine daily to loosen up your hips, hamstrings, spine, and neck!
