Thank you so much for this! Not sure if you already have a class like this but I'd love to see a wrist-free yoga class that's a little bit more intense, if that's possible.

Thanks another great class Christina 💖 Really liked this one especially due to an injury to my thumb, sometimes I need to make a fist to do Downward Dog. Saw a recent post of yours you were pregnant! 🌼 All the best gorgeous 💕

This was so nice to start the morning with. I tried other yoga for a week, but my wrists started aching badly due to my years of working in a coffee shop. Thank you for this!

thank you for this! I have stitches in my left shoulder right now and can't raise that arm or put much weight on it. It has been difficult to find yoga flows that I can adapt to my needs and this was so doable!

Thank you. Can you do more shorter no hands beginner type videos like this please? I’ve done this one 3 times this past week. I have shoulder injuries that I’m recovering from so this is helpful. I also have a hip injury so can’t do really deep stretches (labrum tear).

Thank you so much for this flow🙌 lovely flow 😊 sweet voice, clear instructions and not too chatty😅 thank you so much for making me sweat and still feel energetic without using my wrists👏 glad to have found u 😎 more of one hour yoga sessions (pls don't include more of chair pose and forward bends because it triggers my back pain😟 ) .. Pls make more 1 hr long CHALLENGING/STRONG /DYNAMIC wrist free yoga sessions (vinyasa or hatha) for intermediate level 😊 ..(without blocks) Love from India❤.. Namaste🙏

I had the same thought, like who breathes that fast!!! Had to pause. But this was great for my lower half, w one stretch for my neck...would love one for the neck as well but for now I'll modify the other neck n shoulder videos
