Okay, let’s start this challenge. Friday,18/08/23 day 1:done✅️ I heard it burn throughout the video, this really hurt, I don’t feel my arms anymore. Saturday,19/08/23 day 2: done ✅️ Has done much more harm than yesterday. Sunday;20/08/23 day 3: done ✅️ was less sore than other times, those who always destroy me are the last three. I stopped this challenge because I left, but now I’m ready to start better than before to have my glow up. Wednesday;13/09/23 day 4: fatto ✅️ I felt it burn but not like the first or second time I did it. Thursday; 14/09/23 rest Friday;15/09/23 day 5: done ✅️ It was not so tiring but it burned the right. Saturday,16-09-23 day 6: done ✅️ The last three exercises are always my downfall. Sunday,17/09/23 day 7: done ✅️ As yesterday. Wednesday;20/09/23 day 8: done ✅️ I think I see changes in my arms. Put me a like so I can remember to update ❤️.

The last three are the absolute killerssss.. I used to do her bra buldge workout which included the same last 3 exercises. Honestly it only got easier two weeks after :D

i've been doing this workout for 4 weeks maybe 3 but woah the results are crazy my arms are getting slimmer and toned that's for sure, also I took a break every saturday and did two other workouts one of them was a workout for back fat & bra bulge and the other one was a slim arm & back workout by Yuuka Sagawa. I really reccommend doing her workouts they're just 8 mins but really effective and helps with your posture which is great.

I’m so incredibly happy already. It hasn’t been long since I started this workout and I can already see a difference!!! Day 1 and 2 were so difficult and I had to repeatedly stop because the burn was so intense, but now I am able to do this whole workout without stopping (the burn is definitely still there though😂). I’m currently on my weight loss journey and have been doing other exercises for burning thigh and belly fat as well. My school camp is in 4 months and I have finally decided to make a change and become the most confident, happy, and healthy version of myself. I will come back in around 4 months (right before I leave) to give y’all an update on my progress and hopefully motivate you to keep going! To all the other people here who are on a weight loss, strengthening, and/or mental health journey… YOU CAN DO IT!!! Don’t give up because your hard work will definitely pay off❤ Stay strong guys because I believe in you. We’re in this together! UPDATE: Worked really well and I’m so happy with my arms now!! I’ve lost a good amount of fat and overall more toned and definitely stronger😄

I've done this 3 days in a row, I'll keep going ofc and it actually gets easier ! the 3 last exercises are a real nightmare, but the precedent times I couldn't do them without taking a micro break at some point, and today I actually managed to do them as showed in the video, so yeah ! :)

Hi everyone! I will be doing this for 15 days and update here daily. Trying to get my arms in shape. I am not used to working out, so this is a good way for making myself accountable and won’t quit it mid way. Hoping to keep up and get the results.🤞🏻 Currently my Right arm : 13 inches Left arm : 13 inches Day 1: ✅ Struggled a lot, it was very difficult for me to keep up. Took breaks in between, but somehow completed. My arms feel like jelly Day 2: ❌ Skipped it. I was too sore in my shoulder and around the neck region, took break. Day 3: ✅ Had no motivation, pushed myself very hard and completed it. Took breaks but completed it. Some days are hard, reminded myself why I started it and went through with it. Day 4: ✅ Arm circles, front backward pulses and up down pulses still hurt as the first day, rest were bearable. Took shorter breaks today. Day 5: ✅ It’s surprising how up & down pulses and arm circles continue to hurt the same. Took shorter breaks in the beginning but towards the end breaks were longer.

In a few weeks, they will. I just did them for 3 weeks, she finishes her warmup video with them. But those arm pulses though, they are on another level. Correction: Well. Actually, at the end of this exercise, if you did the 'upper body + arms workout' before that, arm circles are hell.

day 1 : done day 2 : done ( what a burn ma goddddd! Didn’t know my arms were sore from the previous day but when I did these exercises, I felt it oof! ) day 3 : gosh done! day 4 : done! day 5 : done! ( the exercises felt easier todayyyy! am so happy aksjdjansxjajsnsn ) day 6 : done!! day 7 : rest day ;p ❌ day 8 : doneee day 9 : done day 10 : was sick ❌ day 11 : done day 12 : donee day 13 : rest day ( sick ) ❌ day 14 : done ;) day 15 : done day 16 : donee day 17 : rest day ❌ day 18 : done day 19 : done day 20 : done day 21 : rest ❌ I DID SEE MY MUSCLES ALL GROWING UP! And I feel a lil more stronger now yippeee! it’s def a good workout and I would totally recommend it! I will continue with this workout but now I won’t be updating it. Thanks ♡

im gonna try this for a week and maybe 2! arms: 25.6cm goal: lose a few cms from my arms, get more toned arms - week 1 - day 1: ✅ i definitely felt the burn. i struggled on some parts and had to take extra breaks in between day 2: ✅ same as day onee day 3: ✅ it got a bit easier because u didnt have to take as many breaks! day 4: ✅ i think im getting a bit better at it! day 5: ✅ donee not taking as many extra breaks as i did before day 6: ✅ OMG I DID IT WITH NO EXTRA BREAKS LIKE I DID BEFORE... i also feel like my muscles got more strong? but there's still probably the same amount of fat on my arms 🥲 day 7: ✅ tbh i dont think i lost much fat on my arms and forearms but at least the exercises got a bit easier. i try to do this for another week! - week 2 - day 8: day 9:

Hello Guys, I am struggling with flabby arms. Wearing sleeveless is fine but not for me as I look like an apple. I am on a weightloss journey. I am on a calorie deficit with the aim to tone my body. Today I am starting with this workout. I hope to do this consistently everyday(no exceptions on sundays too hopefully). Wish me luck! I am going to update y'all everyday, to motivate both you and me! Left arm - 34cm Right arm - 34cm DAY 1 - My hands are legit shakin ryt now. I just got done with the workout. I got past 90% without dropping. After the 90% I did it but a little less effectively. Pretty sure I will be coming back tomorrow with sore arms.

Today is May 27 2024. I am going to try and stay consistent for at least once in my life. My arms are 34cm each. Day 1 - Done. Day 2 - My arms feel extremely sour. But still finally done.

I’ve been doing this workout for a month str8,consistently, and I can def see a noticeable change. I haven’t measure but my arms are leaner and stronger. I suffer from 2 bad shoulders so something like this is perfect for me

I’ve been doing this workout everyday for about 2 weeks (along with Lily Sabri’s 6 minute arm fat workout) and I’ve noticed some results. It might not be very obvious to others but I know my body and it has definitely changed:)

Its evening here, and im starting today. I'm doing it for 7 days with other cardio workouts... Arm: 15inches Day 1: DONE, but it is sooo harddd Day 2: did this with my mom, IT IS STILL SOO HARD... Day 3: Still burns...but its a lil easier and I dint put my hands down... Day 4: I thought it'll get easier....but OMG...ITS SOO MUCH HARDER😭😭... Day 5: its getting easier yall...OMGG😭😭 Day 6: it's easier...the burns still there...but yess..its easier Day 7: I see a definition...like I feel like my arms are a bit more leaner...I would want to continue and I'll let yall know the results😁😁 Day 8: I did not do it today...but its ok.. Result: Arm: 14.1 inches I did it once for 1 week straight...I can see a difference, there is more toning and it has slimmed down a bit...if I keep going I'm sure it'll slim down more..

So I just started today and was quite proud of myself for not stopping even though I was in tears in the end. Will keep updating Day 1 :✔, my arms hurt so much Day 2 : ✔, it still hurts and had to take a break one time . I really forgot to update this but I am really proud of myself because i have seen noticeable change in my arms and it doesn't look bad now when I were sleeveless dress. For those who are doing, keep doing it two times a day and don't give up because the results will be worth it. Tysm

so proud of you girl!! also going to be doing the same thing: Day 1: ✔️ gave up towards the end of the video and felt sick 💀 Day 2: ✔️ making today my day 2 but had to take breaks and didn’t finish towards the end 😵‍💫 Day 3: ✔️ actually made it towards the end and did most of them towards the end of the timer!! but holy sh this has me exhausted Day 4: ✔️ lord my arms burn, i’m noticing my arms are changing a bit 😽 Day 5: ✔️ i can feel my tolerance slowly getting used to it! i’m actually getting to the end but there’s some exercises i still take a 3 second break for Day 6: Took a break because it was sunday! Day 7: ✔️ Making it towards the end of timers this time 😼 hard to do because my arms are burnt asf Day 8: ✔️ kept getting interrupted but FINISHEDD Day 9: ✔️ finisheddd Day 10: ✔️ forgot to update! Day 11: ✔️ my arms are definitely tighter than day 1 and it’s getting easier to finish Day 12: Sunday break day / happy mother’s day! Day 13: ✔️ definitely getting easier to do and time seems to pass much faster now Day 14: ✔️ definitely a noticeable change once you keep doing it but probably gonna stop updating after this week!!

I've been doing this since around the beginning of quarantine and I 100% recommend this. Starting this was EXTREMELY hard I couldn't finish most of them without stopping and i felt as if i had hardly done any.(which at first discouraged me then motivated me) I wasn't expecting that much of a change and not looking at my arms until about a week and a half into it i felt stronger and my arms where firmer, at the begging the most noticeable change was my fat,it looked looser. Now the most noticeable change was in my shoulders from the back you can see muscle, then my fat from my arms decreased (i can burly pinch it now) .I noticed my skin get tighter and now there is a slight line in the middle of my arm creating muscle. Today i was able to do the whole workout without stopping and i felt no pain the only one i felt was the very last one and the one where you criss cross your arms. This is a good starting place and I'm more confident doing more vigorous workouts with my arms now. DON"T GIVE UP its only 10 minutes!!! YOU GOT THIS

I’m trying this for 14 days! Day 1: It burned and hurt like hell but pushed through it Day 2: Super sore and felt weak-still had difficulty Day 3: It got easier and my arms feel stronger Day 4: I can now do the side plank without collapsing to the floor Day 5: Burned like hell but I got through without stopping (starting to see more definition in my arms when I flex!) Day 6: Exercises are getting a little easier. Starting to see a little definition already! Still burns but I don’t feel like I need collapse my arms in agony anymore haha Day 7: It’s becoming easier for me! My endurance has increased Day 8: People are noticing the definition in my arms. I’ve lost about an inch of fat each arm!! Day 9: Still losing that fat and gaining muscle/lean definition! Day 12: These exercises are becoming easier to do. I can do these with more intensity and quickness. Arm fat is decreasing Day 14: My arms are more sculpted and my triceps are popping out when I flex-which has never happened before. In addition-I’ve lost some of my love handles below my pit area and I’ve lost about an inch of arm fat 👏🏻 Update: It’s July 3, 2020 as I write this- My arms have significantly changed since I did this challenge! I have muscle definition when I flex! My armpits/upper body fat have indeed shrunk as well. I still to this day come back to do this when I want to give my arms a workout. I can now do side planks and hold my body weight up on a mat. Longest plank I’ve done is 4 minutes!! I couldn’t even do a minute before! This jump started my upper body strength training! This has done wonders on my arms! Don’t give up! Trust me it’s worth it! 💕

Progress. Day 1 05/27/23 - I didn't get to record here coz I thought I'm just going to give it a try. But I am happy I finished this workout and did not take a break whenever she instructs not to take a break for the next exercise. It was painful but I was just thinking that I am a chicken preparing to fly (like in the movie Chicken Run. LOL), or a penguin, training for her race on ice. LOL. It was just like playing pretend to endure the pain from this workout. Hahaha I had fun tho. Will do this for a week and see how it will go. Day 2 05/28/23: Done. Don't really like the last exercise but I did it! Day 3 05/29/23: Skipped today. I did a lot of work and I'm so tired. Day 4 05/30/23: Done! Day 5 05/31/23: Done! I wasn't supposed to do this today, but then I thought that it's just 10 minutes. It actually feels easier now. ❤️ Day 6 06/01/23: Skipped. T_T I went to bed early. Day 7 06/02/23: Done! Update after 7 days: The workout is easier now, but the arm circles (the last workout) remain challenging for me. As for the appearance of my arms. I did this workout since my right arm's a bit bulkier than my left arm. Today, I think they're quite the same size. My arms are still quite flabby but the muscles are getting defined. I'd like to continue this workout and see what will happen next. Been doing this for 3 days already. It was difficult at first but already on the 3rd day I’m taking less breaks then the first time I did it. It burns like hell! But it’s worth it, because I’ve already noticed a change in my muscle being more toned! Can’t wait to continue this, hopefully I’ll be seeing more results!

Instead of doing day by day updates ive been doing this workout since june 2. Missed about 2 days but wanted to give my results thus far. I measured my arms on day 1: 22 inches. Today is june 24th and my arms are measuring at 16 inches. I went from wearing a 3x shirt to now wearing a xl and it being loose around my arms!! I couldnt believe it I asked my mom to.measure me twice. Lol. I am a 37 year old female started at 288 lbs. Now 270lbs 24 days later. Doing cardio daily like classic taebo and shaun t dance workouts. Lost about 4 to 5 inches off other areas of my body as well. I've been alternate day fasting while doing omad on the days I eat. When I do it's something Healthy. I eliminated snacking because that was my issue. Wanted to come back and offer some encouragement for those who are doing it and thinking of doing it. I will keep going. Now I can do it consistently and straight through without taking my own rest breaks or dropping my arms in pain. I can keep up with chloe now. I'll be back to update around july 24 2020. 😁👌😊

I think this is one of my favorite routines :) The lean arm challenge - works my core, my arms, legs....it's just the most effective workout I've done so far! and yes, it hurts!

i never wore sleeveless shirts, or swimsuit tops because i always was ashamed of my arms, but after doing this for 2 weeks, i can already feel it working and i’ve started wearing tank tops! To clarify on how much my fat reduced, I would say about half of it was gone in two weeks! If you want real results, keep doing it every day and don't take a break!

Doing this for a week Right arm: 28cm Left arm: 28cm Day 1: ✅️ burns like HELL, had to take more breaks in between but felt goood after Day 2: ✅️ hurts sm, still had to take multiple breaks in between but a lil less than yesterday Day 3: ✅️ tinniest bit easier than yesterday Day 4: ✅️ so much easier today + i can actually enjoy the workout without feeling like my arms r gnna fall off!! Day 5: ✅️ i can see a slight change, my arms are firmer now :)) Day 6: ✅️ Day 7: ✅️ 🎉RESULTS🎉 I lost 1cm on both arms!! Will say it is def rlly hard the first few days but it gets easier. I will keep on doing this until i reach my dream arms with another work out! Overall i think this is a great workout

im starting the challenge day 1✅: I almost died in last 3 exercises but i did it day 2✅: it was more difficult because i had a huge pain from yesterday and i took more pauses. Also my heart was about to leave my chest of how fast it was beating day 3✅: it was waaay easier than at the beginning day 4❌: i was busy and didn't have time to do it day 5❌: i was too lazy to do it _________________________________ note:i gave up,not because it's hard but because i don't feel like i want to tone my arms. I will focus more to lose my belly fat with some diet(just removing bread,sweets and juices)daily cardio and some exercises.

Started this on day 5 of 2024 Weight Loss Program! I did the 15 mins Toned Arms Upper Body Burn yesterday & the day before but didn't feel the burn enough, so here I am...Oh it's definitely on fire now 🔥🔥 Right Arm: 36 cm Left Arms: 34 cm Day 1 ✅ My arms felt like it was on fire when I reached Criss Cross. Up, Down Pulse right after made it worse...I had to take at least 1 sec break in the middle. Same with Arm Circles...it felt like my arms were about to fall off!! I just decided to close my eyes and pray that the timer will beep soon~ Day 2 ✅ Today is Rest Day of the program but I actually don't feel much soreness today~ I was expecting my arms to be aching today Day 3 ✅Today is also a Rest Day but I'm actually itching for a workout..... Day 4 ✅ I feel the burnn still !! My arms still felt like it was about to fall off but I took less 1-sec breaks than last time! I could even do the last arm circle full time no breaks! Day 5 ✅ I'm skipping today's workout cuz it's arm day on the program and I additionally did 30 mins of Aerobic Workout Day 6 ✅ Dang I feel way stronger now. My arms still feel like it's about to fall off but I pushed through and took no breaks Day 7 ✅ Oh yeah my arms are hella burning cuz today is arm day, yet I didn't skip this additional arm workout 🔥🔥 Day 8 ✅ Ahhhhh it burns more than yesterday for some reason ;;; but still i took no breaks Day 9 ✅ Rest Day Day 9 ✅ Rest Day Day 9 ✅ I feel a bit tired and lethargic today idk y lolol still I didn't take breaks but I was a bit slower Day 10 ✅ It burns a lot but took no breaks

For everyone who isn't able to do it without a break...try to walk a bit while doing the exercise and do not sit or just stand there. It helps to keep you a bit distracted, maybe listen to some good music. It helps me a lot

pushing myself to do this because im mainly insecure of my arms, Day one(Saturday):✅I was dying😭I took breaks every 2 sets the burn was real😭 im really hoping I stay motivated and do this for a week !! Day two(Sunday) ✅wayy easier I didn’t take as many breaks and im fact I think I only took two this time which is way better than last time, is it crazy if I see slight results already?😭I feel my arms more firm instead of jiggly if u know what I mean im eating good and i think good food gives me energy more so ill eat healthier too!! Day three(Monday)✅honestly it went by like a breeze taking less breaks and pushing myself is getting easier drinking lots of water and protein as well!! Eating during the day helps me not binge as much when I get home so remember it’s important to eat!! Day four(Tuesday)✅ I’ve definitely gotten used to pushing myself and now this workout is no trouble for me to complete I might start doing more of these exercises they are not as hard anymore and I learned to do things at my own pace which helps a lot!! Day four (Wednesday)✅forgot to comment but I sure did it my arms were more sore this day so I was really burnt out but I definitely feel like I’m stronger and I don’t need help carrying or moving heavier things! Day five(Thursday)✅the end of this workout always give me such a hard time but focusing on what I can and can’t do helps I still take breaks in between but not as much anymore I think once I can do this workout with no breaks I might do it with weights! I’m actually proud of myself for coming this far this workout is honestly kind of addictive to do so I don’t plan on stopping after this week!

Just came back from the gym feeling that I need to workout my arms more so I searched on yt and came accrocs this vidéo.. the execercices look very easy and simple but I gave it à try.. and realized that it totally worth it.. I feel the burn in my arms even after 15 mn of finishing the workout!
