Speaking as someone who has been doing your workouts for as long as I can remember (at least 6 or 7 years), it's genuinely awesome to have seen how you've moved from your little Richmond flat with the Lean in 15 lightbox behind you to this incredible property - totoally well-deserved and the definition of how far hard work can get you. I've no interesting story as I've always been active and slim, but as a busy corporate professional who travels a lot, using your workouts in the morning before work or in a hotel somewhere in the world has kept me fit and is part of my daily routine. Great to have some new content Joe. I do your work outs every single day religiously and I love adding an abs work out at the end of a HIIT a few times a week because they are my priority so was excited to try this new little blaster at the end of today's HIIT. I love training with you and its thanks to you that I've lost a stone and a half in the last 3 months. You make me want to exercise because of how supportive you are in your videos and you make me want to keep going. Thank you for making me feel good and being a positive change in my life. This is an AMAZING workout! I've been doing "ab burner" workouts a lot this past year. This is one of the best I've seen. Thanks for putting this together.

Hey Joe. I love the new background. Maybe if PE With Joe has to return, you could use this background. I would like to see more AMRAP's. I do like a good challenge, so that would be perfect.

Love the backdrop, Joe. I'd love to see it change seasonally. Would love to watch the leave colors turn! I wouldn't mind seeing some more 30-minute kettlebell and dumbbell workouts.

Just asking is the body hold one dangerous? I do feel a lot of pressure in my back but I can still get through the 40 seconds. Will my back snap or have any bad affects?

Not dangerous, but, the version of a hollow body hold he shows here is pretty advanced. Another way to do it is to start flat on the ground, contract lower abs to lift legs straight off ground a bit, then lift torso - arm position will make easier/harder (easiest if reaching toward knees, hardest overhead)

This is ok. I couldn't do the UD plank as I was buggered after a dumbbell workout. Did normal elbow plank instead. 💪🏼
