Hey Joe, me and my 8 year son have been following you since the PE workout last year. Today we did this together and throughly enjoyed it. My son says a huge thank you to you and your team. Thank for making us sweat and feel good.

Loved this workout Joe! I started today not wanting to do any exercise and feeling grumpy but I saw you have a workout and decided to give it a go, I know have tons of energy and in a great mood!

Hi Joe. Thanks so much for doing a workout for us. It's so great to do one with you leading it. Brings back great memories of P.E. with you throughout lockdown. Thank you Joe for the reminder at the end that we can modify. I was about to get into the tuck jumps when I was reminded that I am nursing a recovering knee. Subbed alternating lunge jumps. Great workout.

Oh wow, that last one is tough, especially with a stitch and the central heating on! It was my 3rd workout after a month or so off. I’m pleased I pushed through, I feel great now. Thanks so much Joe x

@@sarahwarnes7560 .... I never used to exercise ever .... but when I turned 60 I needed to get my health under control .....I wasn't super overweight or anything , just heading into insulin resistance. Now I love it😁 and I'm fitter and stronger than I've ever been !! 😆😁

Another excellent workout, love the new location, have lost 14lb since April doing your hiit workouts everyday thanks for continuing to inspire me and my 3 girls to stay fit. Look forward to the next new post 😊

Joe's workouts are always the best! More balanced than those of the other trainers. Did it, will do it tomorrow again in order to really master the exercises!

Very leggy your workouts tend to be. Not necessarily a bad thing. Would be interested in doing more low impact HIIT workouts if you have them.
