This was brutal. In 2018, i had a car accident that broke my back in 3 places, dislocated my SI joint, and herniated a lower back disc. I have zero range of motion. This was night 1. Hopefully, as each night progresses, it will get better.

Decided to start doing pilates today for the first time and this was my first video. My back hurts a lot because I sit at my desk for 8 hours a day. I feel a lot better after the workout. I'm so excited to do more ❤️

Swam and did a 45 min fast walk and was having hip sciatica pain and this helped loosen everything up and helped me sleep thanks ❤

We, spouse and I in Virginia; sister in Nevada; sister in Illinois,; and cousin in Colorado all completed the challenge. Ages 65 to 74. Thanks. We exercise three times a week together on Zoom using you for one day each week. Then each visit you on our own. You are so good at helping us understand and feel good. Happy Thanksgiving!

KZbin has gotten out of control….a ten minute vid containing 5 ad breaks is ridiculous! made this routine almost impossible. now I do have a Jessica Valant membership so it’s not the norm but just wanted to find a quick KZbin vid so I could do it on my tv before bed instead of heading to my basement. good lord that was frustrating tho…
