This is the shortest 10 mins in my life. I just recently found out that Yoga is the most amazing and relaxing exercise that we should be promoting as it does it only benefit your body but also your mind.

Listen up guys, THIS ACTUALLY WORKS!!! I'm so thankful I could cry( and this is coming from me, an insomniac 🙂) I did this yesterday and I slept within half an hour!?!! I though her voice was very soothing and the poses she chose calmed me. If I could request one thing, I would have liked to see her spend more time on each pose. It was very fast paced and I couldn't truly appreciate each movement.

I’m doing this in 2024 and yesss, it works like magic! I feel so relaxed after doing it that I just stayed in the last position for like 10 mins (lying on my back relaxed, not doing anything). Even my daughter was surprised to see me so relaxed 😂

I’m a 19 year old powerlifter who does 3 hour workouts loaded on caffeine(which I’ve completely stopped using it) but I get off work late so im at home by 1 in the morning and try to be asleep by 2 I’ve had a lot of stressful things happen lately and sleep has became a chore,It’s already hard enough being I have insomnia today(i did this like 1:30 in the morning)I watched this video and it absolutely helped me relax my muscles and my mind and lemme tell you I got some really good sleep imma try it again tonight but im definitely gonna start doing this with my sleep routine 😂❤️✌️

Loved it so much I actually smiled while doing it. I just wish the massage part wasn't too rushed. I'd hate to reach out to my phone to pause. I really wish it was longer, I felt so good at that part. Felt like I was patting myself on the back for the day saying "You did well, here's a massage for myself". Perfect night routine. Take a shower, dim the lights, get into bed, yoga and sleep. Better yet if you make it a point to sleep early. I love it, I was looking for some yoga to do on my bed and I didn't even search for that but seeing this video I immediately clicked. Best sleep yoga ever I actually wanna do it again. That child pose with the pillow is everything

It’s almost 4 am and I’ve been trying EVERYTHING to sleep since 12 am and I haven’t slept a wink. I have to get up at 10:45 to go to the beach with my fam tmw and if I don’t get enough sleep it won’t go well. Plus you’re SO beautiful! Tysm for this!!! ❤️

I sat in the child’s pose with the pillow for about 20 minutes after watching the video, while listening to asmr. It was so calming, if you do this I recommend listening to asmr zeitgeist’s videos.💙💙💙

I did it at 1am but very haphazard being the first time. Went back to sleeping position and I was gone before you know it. I had a very restful sleep for the first time in so long. The back bend pose with the blocks almost took me out. However, the more I released and just breathed/sighed out loud with my exhales. I felt so much tension releasing from my lower back. Thank you so much.

Thank you so much Jessica. I don’t know how can I explain that how much thankful I’m to you !! For the last 1 year I can’t sleep at night at all. I tried everything to fall asleep but I failed . My doc prescribed tons of sleeping pills every time I visited him. But nothing worked at last my medic told me to have relaxation pills twice a day & it dint work either. Somehow I came to your video & it’s just miraculous for me!! Trust me I’m crying while writing this bcz I know my suffering for sleep !! This exercise was absolutely brilliant ❤ It was exactly what I needed! I work in laundry at a nursing home. So I'm always bending over, lifting heavy loads of laundry and walking around a LOT. Super calming and effective stretching routine, I just tried her stretching routines for the first time was so effective and helped with my migraines felt the tension in my whole and lower body relaxed. I recommend trying her routines x
