Good morning, everyone!! I actually originally shared this workout as a quick "slider" workout on Instagram, and it was my most popular Instagram post of the year! So we decided we needed to add a full-length video! Been doing this one from time to time over the last several months as a quick 10 min workout and every time it is a solid workout. The side to side lunges with punch burn every time!

Love this one! Paired this with your upper body 10 minute burnout. a great workout in 20 minutes. I was having a tough morning, and this kickboxing format was exactly what I needed! Thanks Lindsey!

The word Tabata used to intimidate me. Now I’m obsessed with anything Tabata. Absolutely love this workout! This is my go-to workout when I’m short on time. Love Love Love ❤️

@Tova , what I’ve found is it’s best to workout before breakfast, because it keeps the metabolism going all day, and to do a workout at night, to keep that metabolism going through the night.

I’m on pregnancy #3 and this is a FANTASTIC low-impact hiit that I added on to my longer workout. This is a real burner 🔥🔥🔥🔥I love Tabata and I love kickboxing so this was perfect!!

This low-impact cardio is ideal to do with my daughters, thanks for doing low-impact exercise routines with easy movements so that the kids can do it too. I will complete this routine with another 10 minute routine and in this way I will have a 20 minute exercise.

Our bodies are so smart and so "spot targeting" isn't really effective BUT this is a great workout to burn calories and fat which supports an overall toned look!

31 weeks pregnant, in my underwear and sports shoes. this workout was affective and good, I went lower as it progressed since it's my only workout for today

Hi Lindsey! I'm a 10 months postpartum and following your postpartum rehab program and every time I try lunges or lift one leg up for the knee drive, I lose my balance. Am I doing something wrong or do I need more practice/time to find my center of gravity?

Yes that could be normal! I would recommend following along with modifications and using a wall or chair to help with you balance!

I was skeptical. I already did my 42 minutes on the rebounder. How could 10 more minutes do anything? By the third round I felt it! Excellent add-on
