59 here; thought I would die. Swim almost daily 30-40 laps; in good shape and bike too but this did me in. But I stuck it out. Burpees and some things with knees I had to pull back from and do just planks but I did most of them. And I lived to tell the tale. I will do this everyday.

Don’t worry, I know even some boys who are in the twenties who also can’t do a push up haha. You don’t have to think that you aren’t normal because of a stupid push up, alright? Greets from the Netherlands🇳🇱

@@ShaunSchafNL Thanks for the encouragement. Maybe l do not have the strength to do it. I saw many KZbin videos to learn but I failed. Every workout include a push up. I am a girl by the way. @@adaml.m3244 I’m a girl too. I also couldn’t do push ups at first, but now I can. If you want to do them, just keep going training your muscels. Everyone needs to start at a point right? And if you can’t do them then, just don’t care about it. I mean, you don’t even need to do push ups in your whole life haha. Just believe in yourself and care for yourself. Stay save!✨

This workout is fixing my bad knees slowly. I have always been in pretty good shape, and exercise regularly, but since I have been doing this exercise as soon as I get up, I can feel my bad knees (from my glory years playing HS basketball) improving every morning. Combined with my effort to sleep better every night, this exercise is the best jump start to my cortisol re-balance each morning.

Been doing this for 6 months and loving it. Definitely saw improvement on my arms n belly. Still doing this now at 10 weeks preggy. Switched the high intensity ones like lunge jumps and burpees to squats and reverse lunges. Love this!

Is 12 mins 3 times a week enough for me to lose few kilos before April or should i do 3 sets? Time is really crucial that's why i looked up tabata in first place because i dont have an hour to dedicate to exercise

Wow I started doing this session 1 week ago and it nearly killed me, couldnt do most of it. 1 week later, I'm finding it all so much easier. Last week i couldn't do the commandos, now I'm breezing through them. The star jumps felt like a walk in the park!

1 week update, burpee form is a lot better, but still needs some work. I'm able to jump with some power now in the broad jumps, which is amazing!

@@carlosdcf8268 I reached an amazing peak where this whole routine became pretty easy, my burpees were powerful and I was able to add in weights...even pretty heavy weights by my standard. I did this ever day for a month or more maybe during the lockdown...in the end it was barely raising my Hr. Anyways I've fallen off the wagon now but surprisingly alot of the strength and power and form is still there even though I'm not doing it often! It's still way better than if I'd never done it! Can still do the up and down pushups easily but in the beginning it was absolutely impossible! Must have some kinda strength and muscle memory. Btw I did all of this to lose weight and I started at 64kg and I'm now 57! Thanks so much to Anna!!

✿ツDirei tre volte alla settimana sarebbe l’ideale. Gli esercizi sono precisi, completi ed’efficaci. Mi alleno cosi con questo tipo di movimenti ma con il triplo del tempo. Prevedere un riscaldamento prima e magari esercizi di streching alla fine. Buon coraggio Franca Bussoli.😋👌

I'm already doing this workout after doing 7 minutes workout that also from this channel and that was soooo good!! I decided to do these workout everydaayy to made my day and ofcrse to help losing my weight. Thank you!!

jump squats- 0:50 mountain climbers- 1:41 jumping jacks 0.13 squats- 2:34 reverse lunge- 4:36 in out jumps- 7:13 jog in place- 5:12
