Phfewwwww! 🥵 150 calories burned and heart rate up to 170, in a 15 minute low impact cardio workout. Paired with the 10-min upper body dumbbell workout - Now that is quick and effective 🙌🏻👏🏻thank you!!

This 15 minute cardio is one of the best, very complete, it has no jumps, I don't bother my neighbors, I don't make noise, but it is very intense and burns a lot of calories. I like it because it works the whole body. It is ideal to do it at the beginning of a routine and finish it with 10 minutes of abdominals and stretching, it is perfect for very busy people who have little time to exercise. Thank you for these routines, they are very useful and necessary. We look forward to more short routines that are very effective. Thank you.

Almost 9 months postpartum. Been doing your ab rehab and my 3 finger separation is almost closed! Been wanting more cardio and this was perfect! Used so many muscles I haven't used in too long! Day 2 since I did it and my booty and legs still hurt!

This is a perfect workout to do during my son’s 30-minute swim lesson where parents can’t stay and watch. It gets my butt outside to do 15 minutes of a workout instead of just sitting and waiting in my car!

WOW!! I accidentally clicked this cardio workout instead of your 15 min weight workout…I haven’t done cardio in a couple of months because it’s not my favorite but I love this layout! Todays my bday and I was tempted to click out halfway through. I’m 7 weeks pregnant and I told myself NO!! This is the year we do hard things! This was fire and I loved it! I’ve never seen a unilateral cardio workout - I will come back to this video for sure🙌🏽🔥

Do you recommend this workout for all pregnancy trimesters? I am currently 21 weeks pregnant and would love to try this 🙌🏻

Yes! As always, you know your body best but this is a good one to try and pretty pregnancy-friendly. I suggest dropping to your knees for the planks or adding a chair and performing these exercises from an incline!

And I love that she is talking and encouraging me to keep pushing. The fact that she can is such a testament to her fitness level. Everyone has their own limit on what they can handle for talking during workout. I love the coaching and to see that she is giving it her all right along with me! Blessings as we keep pushing -

I not only find her talking encouraging and motivating but it also makes me more aware of my own body and ensuring that I do each exercise correctly, especially when I am getting tired, I need the reminders.
