Let's get twisty with this 10 minute chest opening series with Brian Spencer, from East River Pilates. This series is aimed at giving extension through mid back and includes lots of deep twisting to alleviate any tension within our back.

i recently have this upper body pain because of my lifestyle that only consists of sitting on a chair in front of a computer. This is been helping me a lot lately. Although it's just 10 minutes of my day, i feel this stretch all day long. Thank you so much

Stretching is the first thing you should do when you work out. I'm 200 lb 5'7 9% body fat. I pulled my left bicep from not stretching. we have to take care of ourselves everybody warm up first.
