Very very nice. We use our shoulders for everything. Stretching works yes. Pull a shoulder it really takes you out for a good while. Stay hydrated and stretch. ,👍👍

Really good. To me it was much better to do the first half standing. Because of my back problems, I cannot comfortably sit cross legged on the floor.

I just discovered on your channel. I managed to watch a few videos, I really liked some videos, but after watching some videos about stretching, I had a question: do your coaches think it's a good idea to mix dynamic and static stretches, if we don't mean that the stretches shown will be used before or after some training?
