Thanks for your comment. I create 3 levels (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize all of the workouts into the playlists. The gentle level workouts might be a good place to start and before long, you'll be moving up to the next level. Just keep coming back daily, and I think you'll be pleasantly surprised with how quickly you'll progress.
