My favorite moves were 2 Dead Bugs + Crunch Up, 3-Count Bicycle Crunches, and Sprinter Sit Up + Jab. If I had to pick one, it would be the Dead Bug + Crunch Up. The variation for that was a lot of fun. 😃 Thanks so much, Lindsey! Your workouts are the best.

This was so good! First time doing this one... The deadbug with the crunch up was a fun twist on the deadbug. I always love the bear crawl and shoulder taps for a challenge... and ending with that reverse crunch was awesome! Thanks for a fantastic quick ab workout!
