Appreciate these 10 min workouts hombre, im 62 now and struggled to get back into any type of muscle/strength toning after only doing walking and cycling for many years, i feel better and stronger now. The ten min workouts suit me perfectly,So many thanks for the classes and inspiration.

Thanks Midas, I'm a 13 year old boy whos trying to get muscles. I have fast metabolism so it's hard for me to get weight, other kids laugh at me and my family thinks its stupid that im working out except my dad. Its only been 9 days since my journey started.

I usually do your 10min and 20min biceps+forearms throughout the week, but when i want some extra for my forearms im just adding to these 2 some random exercises ive seen on yt, no strict program. This video will help a ton❤ Btw ive been doing your programs so much for past 1-2 years, noticed im in perfect sync with your movement for about 90% lol Also awesome bangers in this video, more of these please!

Thanks The Movement | Midas I’m a ten year old trying to get some muscles and those type of stuff I’ve been doing your 10 minute abs exercise for about a month now and I definitely see the improvement and it looks like a have a 4 pack and now I will try to get my 6th. I’ve also been doing your bicep workouts and I see the improvement in that too. My friends have been telling me that I’ve been really skinny and lately I’ve put that to my head and started exercising with your workouts. Now when I go back to school after a long summer break I’m gonna show my friends how much I’ve improved and I’m gonna tell them it was all because of this guy on KZbin called The Movement | Midas. Also I subscribed to you so I can see your new posts and hopefully be able to do them as much as I can. For you guys that are reading this all the way down to here I just want to tell you that all it takes is hard work,discipline,and determination and you will achieve anything you want.

Nice workout. Just a tip for your weight recommendations (yellow hints) : since here in Brazil we use the metric system, I get confused when you say 50 lbs at the first exercise for instance. Maybe you could replace the yellow hint with "2x25lbs" and not just 50lbs. Better yet if could say also "2x25lbs(≈2x12kgs)". That would make your video "worldwide compatible" ! Other than that very nice song, nice explanations, good video thank U !

I do have a question. What would you suggest for a 41 year old male, weighing 328lbs to do to help lose 100lbs? I have lost 40lbs so far. Any advice will help. I am in no hurry. Looking for sustainability.

Keep the weights low and the rest periods short so definitely check out videos from my 'burn' or 'build & burn' series to help get you there. HIIT style workouts are always very useful for torching fat as well. Most importantly, watch what you eat. Low calories, High protein and cut out the sugar/processed foods and watch the results roll in :)
