What i love about this meditation is that it includes three exercises:deep muscle relaxation,breathing exercise and thought distraction all in eleven minutes.Very effective❤

I was really refreshed after doing this meditation but I feel this meditation was little fast, before I interpret and understand what the affirmation is, you are already in the middle of other one. I feel you could have given atleast 3 second before moving to other(you mentioned to repeat but no time to repeat) I could have ignored saying the feedback but I choose to mention bcoz it could be beneficial for many, and your content is soo good. 🤍🤍

It is greatful the way you make people knowledgeable. Please make the world know the Importance of Triple Gem. Eternal peace and happiness is that. The importance of realising the 4 noble truths. Because of the greed to fulfill our pleasures leads to sorrow is true. Stop craving leads to Eternal Happiness. You can try how it feels by stop all your thoughts by letting go all thoughts for a moment.. .There is a way to do that completely by following the Eight Noble Path..As you give away positive attitudes, positive vibes. Please give away this good thought for the wellbeing of all the people in the whole world and the universe.
