Hi Gregory, I am 40 and all my life was active. Last spring started with some funcional training where I was interduced with kettelbells and was hooked up instantly. Now due to busy schedgule could not attend this training anymore, so I bought 2x 16 and 1x20 KB. And started following you and exercising at home, love it. But just few days ago i figured out I have umbelical hernia. Not sure for how long and how did I got it as I did some heavy work on diferent jobs in past. Do you think I could couse it by squating and using valsava move ?? I dont want to stop training now when I am finally in god shape. I was just thinking of reducing weight untill I fix the hernia. (Waiting on sirgune) Thanks Gregory keep doing a great work😊

I‘m not a qualified medical professional but the Valsalva might have some influence. Ask your doc for further info and explain the Valsalva concept. The Squat seems to be ok. Keep us posted!

I”ve just tried, the ma who is just 40 . My weight hit was 24 lkg for 2 hand and 18 kg for one hand exercise. It was not easy but very fun!!! You knovw the subject pperfectly🎉

Just getting started with kettlebell training i want to purchase your programs but my wife has become disabled and her disability is not approved yet i am 60 would this workout be ok to start six days a week rest on sunday each day followed with elliptical machine for 30 minutes i need to lose about 30 pounds

Nice to see again a follow along video here. I know the others a behind the pay wall. I was overthinking it many times if im willing to pay the 35 bucks but for me who do a workout what was good for me many weeks its a bit to much. I dondt need the other stuff who are inlucuded in the membership. When there was a reduced option to pay only for the follow along stuff or it would be included in the youtube membership i would not thinking a minute and become a member. You make the best Kettlebell workouts here on youtube.

If 10 single arm pushes isn't achievable would you suggest doing 5 per side or 10 double arm pushes or grabbing a 5kg dumbbell (which isn't difficult at all)?

Hi there thanks for this I am 63 and have been doing a 20 minute workout using one 8kg kettlebell I know that probably will be too light for your workout but I reckon a 20kg might be a bit much at this stage so what weight would you advise a 16kg maybe? Thanks

How many times per week can I do this? I’m 54 now, with a 3 hour commute on top of a 10 hour work week. I need something to get me started again. I liked the looks of this just unsure of the split.

I would suggest to upkeep the MO/THU routined throughout the whole year instead of adding too much volume, that might discourage you from being consistent.
