Oh neat, been a while since we had a 30 minute FOLLOW ALONG workout. Guess this is gonna be my first Kettlebell workout after turning 40 this year.

what has changed and what has been a game changer for me is frequent small workouts. I used to block out an hour of time and do a proper training session but nowadays I find myself having smaller amounts of little bits of time. You can sit down a watch a video or two, or play some solitaire on the computer or even pick up a guitar and play for a bit. Or, with kettlebells, you can do a quick set of 30 goblet squats or a ladder of cleans & presses. I've been getting my training done in little spurts and I'm actually putting in more time under the 'bell than if I longer sessions.

Obviously the work has to be done too, but the intro is what should hit people the hardest. Real functional strength matters more and more by the day to me and you can see it in everyone whether it is good or bad. Thank you for this video from a dude with a NASM and CES, this is far better than telling someone to lift a bar and to lift it more if they want more/better results!

Great workout, great video! 🙏 Question: When you do the push, you are leaning backwards a lot (in German: Hohlkreuz). Is this intentional?

Danke für den Super Thanks! Yes, the "lean back" is intentional and an optical illusion. There is no lordosis but an exaggerated kyphotic position. Totally safe for the lower back but needs to be practiced.

Just did my workout arm is a bit better. Be injured for a few weeks feel how unfit. I have got but feel better sleep better. And not so depressed that's why I like to train every day
