In this 10-minute kickboxing workout, FightCamp Trainer Aaron Swenson will take you through a ladder drill that will condition your legs through 2 rounds of roundhouse kicks and speed kicks. If you are new to kickboxing or working on perfecting your kicks this workout is a great way to strengthen your technique.
