When you don't have time to practice a longer kundalini yoga set, this sweet, short kundalini yoga class will see you through a shining day ahead. It's also a great one to include if you're in a 40-day practice with a particular meditation - this will prime your energy and get you ready for a sweet experience.
As with all kundalini yoga kriyas - even more so in a short kundalini yoga class such as this one - please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.

Dear Gemma, I have been practicing this Kriya on a daily basis since it was released as part of my morning ritual. Last night I had a pranic healing, I was told that I am extremely calm and balanced within, also my aura is very expansive.
