Omgeee I actually *gasp* Had fun working out! Seriously I loved this so much I’ll be doing this one as a habitual addition to my daily routine ❤❤ Not that it was easy. My abs were screaming ( or maybe cheering me on ) Thank you for this. Also stitched out of my foot and just a boot cast now so I’m closer to getting back on my feet. Literally and figuratively 😂

Great work lovely! You could do Froggie Presses, alternating leg circles, or double leg circles (You lower your leg down straight, and circle it around and back up). You could do leg flutters, straight up and down.
