The image of the egg shaker is very useful. I was trying to practice somatic shaking before and it was always a bit difficult to move the whole body at the same time, but I could do it a lot better and more easily today thanks to you so, thank you 😊

Let me tell you… I feel so incredibly great when I shake up my energy in the morning. It’s one of my favorite things to do, almost like shaking a snow globe after the snow has settled for a long time after a good nights sleep. Thank you so much, I always enjoy practicing with you.
