Simply roll out your mat and prepare for a quick 10 minute ab workout to help strengthen the abdominal muscles. I hope you enjoy this as much as I did!
The timer will be on for 40 seconds of work, 5 seconds rest to get into position for next exercise! If it takes a few extra seconds to settle into position, take your time!
As always, adapt the workout to suit you.
With lowering of the legs, only lower to where is comfortable for you.
Focus on each rep individually and take your time throughout!

SEATED BICYCLES
RUSSIAN TWIST
ON HANDS TUCK TO EXTEND

SLOW RECLINE
BUTTERFLY SIT UP
TUCK TO SIDE EXTEND
TUCK TO V SIT
STRAIGHT LEG HOVER TO EXTEND
A great add on or finisher post any workout and even for those active rest days when combined with some stretching!

I just have to say I really appreciate that you don't have ads in your videos. There's nothing worse than being mid workout and some completely unrelated commercial comes on

However we all can support her financially by not skipping the ads at the beginning of her videos. When I finished my session I start another of her videos just to let the ads run while I pack away. I also got into the habit of switching over to Cx's KZbin channel to let the ads run there while commercials are on TV programmes I am watching. She deserves every cent for generous contents so far and a lot more to come.

wow, this felt like a pilates ab session without the reformer! There's definitely a whole isometric element of having to engage the abs as you balance through each of the sets. Only 10 min, but crazy intense!!!❤🔥🙏🌺 Caroline knocks it out of the park as usual

Wow, Caroline gained 3k subs in the two hours I've been up. I'm sure she'll reach a million by the time Epic Heat is through!! I'm really excited to do Heat with the community, I'll save EPIC II for when the weather isn't as nice, as Caroline suggested. I'll be spending more time on my bike and perhaps attempting the 20 minute sprint 'challenge'... I'll never learn to run if I don't try! Happy Easter everyone, see you next week 💜💙💚

Hi Geri...I combined these abs with some outdoor sprints beforehand! Enjoyed all of it...I’m getting into my sprinting...and I really enjoyed this abs session. Only 10 mins...but really intense! Great lower ab burn! Sounds like you’ve had a great workout! Enjoy your day! Matthew

So this morning I did the Poised Abs workout. Poised is definitely the right way to describe this set of exercises. Very controlled and "poised". Totally enjoyed it as my rest day session. Thank you Caroline for sharing this with us. 🙂👍🏻

😁😁 Finally I completed the day 50 of EPIC II program It's AMazing Final workout 👏🏼💖🤩 ++++ I do this NEW ABS WORKOUT 👏🏼💖🤩 I'm so proud my self 🔥🔥🔥 I'm Happy because I Feel Strong 🔥🔥🔥 I do 2 hours of exercise everyday 🔥🔥🔥 Morning workout = Hiit or cardio + Abs workout 🔥🔥🔥 Afternoon workout = Epic II workout + some ABS challenge I see Amazing change in my Body ; My Health, My Mind ..thank you sooo much .. Currently doing this workout post abdonimal surgery to get my abs and strength back after a month off sport. It's a lot harder than I thought it would be and I'm surprised by my own weakness but I'll work hard to get back to where I was before! Really one of the best abs workout out there!

Hi Melinda! Great to hear that you've had such an awesome session! You are very dedicated! I smashed day 40 too! The sense of accomplishment is great, isn't it. I was exhausted by the end of the workout but couldn't resist and did this new ab routine too😉😅. It reminded me of my pilates training ... I really enjoyed myself! @@matthewalmond4688 Hi Matthew! Yep, I did pretty well I think. But it also got tough to keep legs raised. Maybe it was my form or did it after the 1hour Db workout that quads hurt. Will definitely do this again. Have a great day!😊

I can not tell how much it engaged my abs in 10 minutes! I loved it, held 3 seconds each move and by the last set I was trembling so bad!! Second time I hit this workout in a week, I'm getting in love with this workout. Gracias!

Anyone else’s abductors burn way more than their abs?? I could barely keep my feet off the floor for the last couple of each exercise due to the 🔥 nonetheless a good quick blast. Caroline always keeps us on our toes. It’s hard to tell the progress that has been made when every workout is even more challenging than the last. Always more to do!! 😍
