We did all of these exercises during PT in the Army. It all comes back to very basic things and the discipline to get started and keep it up!

IT IS CRAZY that after 8 years, this is one of the best abdomen workouts, Astrid got married a few years ago and has 3 children, I am not sure if she is still filming on KZbin, she has another last name
