I’m overweight and really trying so hard to find ways to trim my body a little. I’ve tried diet pills, Zumba, fasting, etc but they only gave me temporary weight loss. I gained back the weight I lost after I stopped. Then I started yoga (your yoga) and it’s been amazing. I feel lighter and more flexible eventhough I’m still on the heavy side. Thank you so much!

you're doing good not giving up! try adding low carb diet (or ketogenic) & intermittent fasting in your lifestyle and see if it works for you. it did wonders for me not gaining back what unwanted weight I lost. also, I didn't have to do hi-intensity workouts anymore, just yoga with sarah's videos! but remember to transition at your own pace. that's how you can honor your body while you're working to get it healthier. 😉

If u want to lose weight cardio is pointless you will not lose enough weight. Do yoga and weight lifting and you'll immediately see results.

Good afternoon! I really enjoy your workouts…I practice with you quite a bit. I was wondering if more abs&core videos could be done of varying lengths. I have an injury that affects my neck and shoulders and when it acts up, I’m wary of doing too much with my arms. I notice that many of your abs workouts includes arm work and rightly so. Just that on a day like today when I don’t want to exacerbate the problematic area I’d still like to get in a 20-30 minute abs or abs&core workout. Thank you for your time!

Good workout for me. Rotator/bicep is torn and waiting on surgery. Had to find routines with minimal or zero resting on arms or in plank. This works and had some new to me stretches that we’re giving a slight burn. Never thought I would exercise for one hour every morning but here I am doing so.

I love your videos! They make yoga more accessible and easier to commit to. Do you have a tip for not hurting your neck during the back exercises like the hollow body? My neck always feels strained when I try them.

You can rest your neck and head down or try adding a pillow under your head to rest on that. You’ll just have to focus that much harder on engaging your abs and not your back (so bring your legs higher or in a tabletop)

Hi, Thank you so much for this video, I started doing your 10 minute videos once a day in the morning and it had really helped me to feel good, and started my day in a positive way. I really want to work on abs as this is important to me and I don’t do many other abs workout, so it’s perfect as it incorporates both. However when do the end section I find I get neck ache? I had to take my fingertips to the base of my skull to take the tension out of my neck for the hollow belly portion. My core still felt engaged. Is there a better way to keep my neck and head relaxed?

It can definitely strain your neck and I should have shown more modifications for this one. Try modifying with your head and neck down when you start to feel strained, put more focus on your abs and core and trust that as you continue to practice you’ll get stronger and won’t feel as much strain 👍🏼

I thought it was just me! My neck was killing me. I modified by lightly placing my hands behind my neck. Just knowing my hands were there to catch me relieved so much strain. Please update with other helpful modifications. Love the videos!

@@heatherpittore8556 Replying to one of the comments regarding the neck straining, Sarah Beth suggested to do that part with your head on the mat as a modification. That is what I've been doing. The abs still work. Just make sure your back is flat on the mat, if curling, lift your leg higher to flatten the back
