This is great little mini workout and I’ll definitely be giving it a try…I’m not pregnant though…lol. I love how you styled your ponytail…so cute!

Love this workout it’s my go to in the third trimester! Thank you for all you do! Would love to see more 3rd trimester 15 min or under strength workouts !

I LOVED this!! I had limited time this morning and did a more intense weight workout yesterday…this was perfect! That thigh move…it was sneaky 😅🔥

38 weeks and just did your inducing labor workout and then this one for an added bonus. So thankful to still move my body but this soon to be mama is getting tired 😅
