Woman you’re killing me 😭😭😭😭 I’m not pregnant, so I decided to use loop bands, and added 6LBS dumbbells where ever I could & OMG! my body is on fire. I followed this up with a 10 K steps which was the death of me. Thank you so much for doing this for us. Lots of love.

36 weeks and lighting crotch was real at the end whew! had a 2 week break from working out just to get sick a few days ago. This is my 1st video since everything and I must say it felt so good to finally move my body again. Thanks so much for the free workouts. I appreciate you always.

Didn’t think I’d be pregnant again, but here I am at 18 weeks with baby #3! I’ll continue into the archives of pregnancy workouts. I started the year with a pull up goal and will be ending the year with a newborn. 😂
