I im 54, Have thyroid problems and Menopause and packed on so much weight, The doctor said I has a bad fatty liver from eatting fatty foods and too much processed food , I needed to loose weight and eat better, I was the heaviest I've been in my life, I've lost weight twice before but now with this I thought it was impossible, My doctor put me on some medication to help with weight loss but I've have also been walking 2 miles a day and doing your chair exercises , arm and thigh and have been doing them for 2 months now and have dropped 3 sizes! I am still doing them so keep them coming thanks 😊❤

Hello from Massachusetts, USA. I love watching your videos. However, this is the first time I have actually done the exercises along with you. I am almost 60 years old and overweight. I am also on disability. So, it's hard doing any exercises. I do walk when the weather is good. These chair exercises are amazing! I actually worked up a sweat. Thank you, Schellea! A year & 5 months ago I quit smoking, had my Gall Bladder removed & hit menopause all at the same time 😬 needless to say I've gained about 50 all around my stomach ugh. I have never had a weight problem until all that, so I'm going to try this one to hopefully make my bloated belly go down a bit. Thank you for these videos ❤

Are usually shy away from sitting ab workouts but this one was so good. How to discipline day with you I did arms legs abs and butt. Giving thanks to my body and giving thanks to you have a wonderful day

Good Mornin y'all, I started doing this video about 2 weeks now. It has made a big difference to me. I have sent this video off to my Mom which is 76. We are both on oxygen. I just want to say tyvm for your videos. I can only do the ones sitting down as of right now. But hope to work my way up. :)

@@fabulous50s I have heard in one of your vids its not good to do same exercises with your body. I may have understood it wrong. But, there are exercises i can do and some i cant. I cant get on the ground or walk much. So I do this one of yours and one other. I also do one more of someone elses vids. Will, I still lose weight since im doing the same thing? Your my mentor right now as I have no one to exercise with. You truly help me keep going. Love and hugs go out to ya from NC

Nice...always more challenging that one thinks being done in the chair. Of course its always what you put into it. I also grabbed a pair of 3 lb weights and did some forearms exercises in between the exercises . Enjoyed the workout.

I always enjoy your videos. At 70 it's a struggle to get rid of the "thick middle" that everyone tells me is "normal." Maybe for some, but not for me. You are such a blessing! Thank you again for each video and your pleasant encouraging manner.

I am recovering from surgery in the cervical spine. This has really helped me. I skip anything that looks rough on the neck but your exercises all are great. Highly recommend!

🎀Just the right energy for me at this point today. One thing I adapt is Balanced Twist, starts around spot 11.00.( I switch legs more often bc keeping either leg up that long is too challenging). If that changes , fine. If it doesn't change , also fine💃Thanks, Schellea!💟💐💟💐💟💐💟💐💟💐💟💐💟💐💟💐💟💐💟💐

That was a surprisingly hard workout. I just did a 2 mile walk on a another video and came back for an easier flow. Thus it was awesome because it was unexpected. Love this site for it positivity and delightful challenges.

I rediscovered this seated WO as I am recovering from a foot injury at work….it really got the heart rate ❤️ up…thanks for this❤️❤️❤️❤️

Another great workout- you’re amazing! I love that the workouts are short- you can always choose to do multiples if you have more time- if you don’t it’s so easy to fit in at least a short one.

l loved chair exercises just brilliant.I especially like the shorter routines as I find exercising in short bursts better for me.Thanks look forward to more routines ❤🙏

I love these chair exercises as I have a sore back and bad foot. I would love to see more of them or ways to adapt some of the others. Is it possible to get a list of all the chair exercises?
