I im 54, Have thyroid problems and Menopause and packed on so much weight, The doctor said I has a bad fatty liver from eatting fatty foods and too much processed food , I needed to loose weight and eat better, I was the heaviest I've been in my life, I've lost weight twice before but now with this I thought it was impossible, My doctor put me on some medication to help with weight loss but I've have also been walking 2 miles a day and doing your chair exercises , arm and thigh and have been doing them for 2 months now and have dropped 3 sizes! I am still doing them so keep them coming thanks 😊❤

A year & 5 months ago I quit smoking, had my Gall Bladder removed & hit menopause all at the same time 😬 needless to say I've gained about 50 all around my stomach ugh. I have never had a weight problem until all that, so I'm going to try this one to hopefully make my bloated belly go down a bit. Thank you for these videos ❤

@@fabulous50s I have heard in one of your vids its not good to do same exercises with your body. I may have understood it wrong. But, there are exercises i can do and some i cant. I cant get on the ground or walk much. So I do this one of yours and one other. I also do one more of someone elses vids. Will, I still lose weight since im doing the same thing?
