I have been doing the 15 minutes sitting down routine for 5-6 weeks and have done this one a few times after the 15 minutes routine. It is more challenging, in particular the knees up, legs out and down one. At 77 and never having stuck to exercise routines before, I am proud, and I am losing my muffin top slowly. Thank you.

It was perfectly challenging. Thanks! I don't really have enough room for my normal exercise routine; plus, due to a sore on my back, I'm reluctant to let my back hit and rub against the floor. This is perfect for me, while my back is healing and I feel it is as effective as my traditional pilates routine.

I'm in my 20s but I've found that super intense exercise sessions really just spike my stress and don't make my body feel really good. So, this was perfect for me! As far as the chair portion goes, as I have ADHD, any steps for setting up I can remove the better. No going to the garage to get a yoga mat or weights, just did this in my desk chair. I started to sweat. Primarily, my lower abs and the tops of my thighs feel the tenseness now that I've stopped for a couple minutes. Just amazing, thank you 💙

❤Hi, my name’s Glenda, I’ve been doing your stretches, arms, belly and legs ( well some of the legs) videos, I have cerebral palsy so they’re not all doable for me. I love your seated workouts they make me feel like I’m accomplishing something! Loved this!!!! I’m a 65 year old yoga beginner. You have less talking and more exercise than most and I love it. And perfect for me because I have lots of neck and lower back pain. Love love love this video. And 8 minutes is perfect if it’s mostly exercise and minimal talking like yours I’d. I’ll recommend to family and friends.

Dear Schellea, Thank you so much for this workout. The allergy/asthma season has been horrendous here, and I didn't want to quit my workouts (especially as I've just restarted) due to wheezing and coughing. This along with some of your other seated workouts will keep me going!

Thanks for chair videos for abs. I am 60 & live in IL & like to use my pool to exercise, but needed an option for when water too cool. I have shattered my ankle & broke lower leg twice, so some flex gone in ankle, so some exercises are out for me. I could do all of these. I just did the 10 & 8 min exercise routines. Glad I found these chair exercise routines. Thanks again.

Liked this chair yoga, found it a little more strenuous than your other one, which I also like. Kept my legs up and out and didn't touch the ground, found it harder which is what I am looking for.

I am enjoying the chair exercises. I think the 8 min one makes me feel it in my abs than the 10 or 15 min ones. I do 2 of these if time allows. I have limited movement iny right ankle due to breaking it twice & 4 surgeries, these chair exercises for my abs are so helpful. I am small, but short waisted so mid section holds the bulge. I am happy I found these routines, thanks Shellie.
