This TRX workout for beginners tones your muscles, increases your functional strength and coordination. It contains basic TRX suspension exercises that are mostly for beginners. But as with most suspension workouts, you can make it harder for yourself by changing angles.
The workout consists of one set of 5 exercises, that are repeated twice. This results in a 2 x 5-minute workout.

my mom just bought a trx a few days ago and I want to give it a try! since I don't exercise often, this is a perfect video for me, since the exercises look pretty begginer friendly to me, thank you!

Thank you for this. Would you make a similar video about TRX DUO for beginners and progressions (including full pull up), orderly sequenced (eg. from fully lengthened to fully shortened or the other way around). Thank you.

great workout, a lot of good pulling excercises, but im missing som pushing ones too ;)

Hi Marischa, I don't know much about using these bands and I'm wondering whether it is worthwhile purchasing one? It looks like it's good for for the core. Could you provide a brief summary of the benefits of this sort of exercise? Thanks Sue

+Sue B Hi Sue. Thanks for asking. These bands will definitely give you possibilities of doing bodyweight strength training that is otherwise impossible to do without bigger equipment. Personally I'm quite a fan since I first tried it :-) And you can take these bands easily with you and train when and wherever you want! Marischa
