Brad is the owner of BeneFitness and has been a nationally certified personal trainer since 2001. Kori has been nationally certified personal training since 2015 and is a certified chef. Between both of them, they have certifications with NASM, TRX, FMS 1 & 2, Precision Nutrition, and B-Fit kickboxing.

It's amazing how great a workout you can get in just ten minutes. I look forward to doing more and more over time. Great instructor. You're never too old, I am 68.

I have looked FAR AND WIDE on youtube for a simple TRX workout for beginners and this is the one! I have been using TRX for 5 years, but my dad, who is almost 80 is just getting started. He has some mobility issues, so getting on the ground is a no go. This is why I suggested the TRX. I would love to see a EVEN SIMPLER one for SENIORS. Same concept, just even less bells and whistles.

Best TRX short workout I have ever seen. Lots of options to make it easy or difficult with modifications. Now lets see some different short workouts.

First time here too with the TRX 🙋🏻‍♂️ and frankly, I didn’t expect three third round 😅 but I needed it obviously. THANK YOU! Good beginner exercises and not too easy just the right amount!! 💪🏼

Thanks for this video! I've done your other video (very similar to this one with a couple variations) but was looking for a little variety. This was great, I feel sore in different places. Maybe I'll alternate between the two. This was very easy to follow mechanically and I'm winded so you did your job sir.

Thank you. Its the first time I have got my heart rate up and puffing since recovering from double knee replacement 18months ago. I did modify your squats to suit. Perhaps some short videos on TRX exercises for those of us having recovered or recovering from operations?

TRX workouts are great for recovery after heart attacks and rotor cuff impingement I'm 60 and have been using that equipment for years after the dreaded 50s health scares although go at your own pace with any cardio disease

Thank you for this. Would you make a similar video about full body TRX DUO for beginners and progressions (including full pull up), orderly sequenced (eg. from fully lengthened to fully shortened or the other way around). Thank you.

Great workout, well demonstrated and paced. I respectfully suggest that the loud beeping noises starting at 10 seconds be reworked to a tone that is less stressful and doesn't sound like a smoke detector. My dog is super sensitive to these types of frequencies and runs off when he hears it. I as well would love something a bit more mellow. Thanks. Would love having some bone building workouts for osteoporosis (no twists or forward bends).

i watch this video to learn the right technique to use trx.. it looks easy, but i'm struggling to master the good form and understanding the purpose of every movement. 😬 tqsm. it's such a good video with good explanation. i appreciate it so much ❤️

New to TRX-- loving this workout. Do I need to do one longer than 10 minutes…do you have other available… excellent explanation and clear instructions for increasing difficulty or easing back. Great work

Just found your channel! More 10 min TRX please :) Side note recommendation, change the countdown timer noise to start at 3 or 5 seconds left, rather than 10, I keep thinking I’m almost done 😂😂

Great workout, thanks. I just discovered your channel and very much like your approach. I will try some of the other workouts too. If you would make another/ some more short TRX workouts it would be great for variety. Either perhaps an alternative beginners all round workout or an intermediate level TRX workout to progress to?

Love this! Workout! Me and my partner Deirdre not get out of the ballpark. The reality is, we can only do two sets, but we're working on doing 3.
