This meditation has been very helpful to me in allowing me to experience a calm, non-judgemental response to all comments, thoughts, feelings, etc. and being consciously aware that I can achieve equanimity without wishing for it! Enjoyed the concept but I'm not sure how much I'm going to listen because of the ad at the end. I know we all have to make a Buck, but it kind of ruins the effect

Depends on who’s listening to him. If you did his 15minutes or 20 minutes meditation he talks just as much but in a bigger time frame
