@@frequencyexpert You a very good instructor, very well explained all in the video. i hope you can make a lot of videos like these and also make videos with workouts based on wing chun for those who dont have a dojo nearby, either way everything is closed for the pandemic. i hope you can make videos for like 1.30 hours training at home

Well done video thanks. In my art, based on Wing Chun, we've taken out punching and use different strikes, many of which are vertical, horizontal, and reverse palm strikes. Also, we never step back. When we are changing stance, we step forward with the rear leg and take ground.

Sifu David - Wing Chun Master of Online Training Since I'm a complete newbie with Wing Chun then I would have to say that I like the Chain Punch Drill so far. I understand the importance of learning basic fundamentals & practicing them with honest discipline before moving on to the next drill/lesson. So, tonight I will set for myself my goal to practice the basic stance, breathing, & chain punch drill everyday morning, afternoon, & evening for 1 hour each session. As I begin to learn more then each training session will begin first with the basic Wing Chun stance, breathing, & chain punch drill before beginning the next drill. Thank You Sifu David.

In regards to the foot work and work out for this style. Should I do it everyday to improve flexibility and strength in my legs and ankles? The A frame stance. Would it be wise to hold that stance to improve strength in the legs everyday or every other day. Since it strengthens your lower back and makes a person concentrate on breathing as well. What would you recommend? Thank you for your comments, David Wong.

I have always loved kung fu. When I was younger I took shaoulin kung fu with a little wing chun and mantis. I was in a wreck in 2013 and had to have both my hips replaced and caught a bug when they did my right hip that attacked my heart and went into congestive heart failure. Now I'm older, out of shape and my flexibility is gone so I bought a wing chun dummy and I'm watching videos trying to learn wing chun and get back into shape. I look forward to many more of your videos.
