I’ve been taking care of my husband since 6/2020, and discovered you 3 months after he went on hospice: Yoga, Bain and body, and meditation have saved me from the effects of living in a pressure cooker. I appreciate you, and gave recommended you to my adult daughters, and it’s helping them deal as well. Namaste : I appreciate the divine in you❤️

I am in a similar position as I currently care for my husband 24/7 with very little assistance. I too am using this to offset lack of sleep. Find some calm in the storm. It has been helpful. Good luck to you.

My sleep coach recommended yoga nidra as a “pocket of pause” during the day that helps night sleep be more restorative. This has been my experience- I love it and thank you. Magical.

Thank you, Ally! I have no problem falling asleep in the evenings, but I often wake up between 2:30 and 3:30 with my heart pounding and thoughts racing, and can’t get back to sleep. Your soothing voice and paying attention to my body puts me right back to sleep. It has been such a blessing to have found you.

Hi Edward, of course there could be many reasons why you wake up at night. For me - it turned out I had histamine intolerance. Your body produces histamine at night around 03:00, and if you suffer from intolerance it will activate your body and mind like a strong espresso. Could also be the case for you, who knows!

Thanks. I use a lot of Yoga Nidra and this is one of my favourites to use in the morning or afternoon. It helps my energy levels a lot and my mental health too xx

My dad passed last year. It was a painful process watching his decline. A friend that’s a brilliant neuropsychiatrist said one of her colleagues had begun using yoga nidra with her patients. Just today introduced my 82 yo mother to your channel Ally. She’s practised yoga for 30 years but not able to get to a class and increasingly anxious over carer responsibilities. hi ally, I just did your yoga nidra for the very first time. I love the soothing tone of your voice...like water droplets sleeping and resting on a leaf of a plant... I practice qi gong mostly every day and I'm back into the flow of basic yoga. I'm trying to get rid of a pinched nerve that starts in my left arm and goes downwards on my left side and ends in my left foot... I don't know why it would let go and release.....I thank you for the beautiful journey of yoga nidra today...namaste, Mark

Went here because of Yoga with Kassandra recommendation. At the beginning (during body check) I felt my heartbeat thru out my entire body which made me more anxious so I sat up, felt much better then.

Your voice is so soothing! I'm relatively new to Yoga Nidra, but I am finding that a few weeks in, it's definitely changing me for the better! I'm calmer, able to think more clearly and highly recommend it to anyone who thinks they are too busy for yoga; it's just what's needed! When I only have 4 hrs of disruptive sleep and taking time out of my day to do this really helps me accomplish my day in peace and I don’t have those grouchy attitude or cheeky feelings of disruption. Hehe This helps so much in more ways I can comprehend. Love your content. Thank you!!
