I did part 1&2 of the new HIIT Series last week and really enjoyed it. Today I’m looking forward to trying Part 3, which will make another 20 minutes before I move on to a different routine. I’m sure I’ll be as equally pleased ❤💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻. This is the best channel on KZbin, when it comes to rebounding IMHO 😊

That was tough! Maybe it's the humidity here in the tropics FNQ Australia 🇦🇺 Looking forward to completing the challenge. The left side right side thing is also challenging with continual repetitions with my right knee with managing old damage to ligaments. Otherwise, great music & tempo!

@@jikara_calcagno thanks. Im in Mexico so incredibly humid as well but it’s only 10 mins so it’s good to push through and get it done. Now you know what it entails you can always do left and right if that’s easier!

Just did it again and first couple I did both sides which was easier. The kick/punch, twist movements were ok to individually left then right. And not so hot today because it's raining but still got a sweat on! Love these short workouts. Up to 24-25deg at night here opp side of the planet. 🌏 Enjoy your cooler nights 🌙 😎 🌴

It’s got some fun and lovely choreography and is a real feel good class. I’ll pop the link in a messsge below. Hi Claire! I am so happy I found your channel- first on Instagram and now here on KZbin! Could you please guide me on the best rebounder to choose of the two Rebound fit rebounders. I'm just not sure if I should get the 40 or the larger one. I'm 61 years young, 5' 2 and weigh 115 lbs. I walk and cycle and lift light weights regularly. I work with kiddos so I am pretty much on the floor most of my day at work (carpet) and use the kiddo's trampoline (spring) a few times a week too (that's what inspired me to look into rebounders-- why should the kids have all the FUN!!) I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis but have no pain. Sometimes on very long and fast walks with my dog I experiences sciatica pain in my lower left side of my back but not often. I have plenty of space for the the larger Rebounder (48) and I like the idea of having more space to do jumping jacks or side to side movements. However I've read the 40 is a firmer jump and am confused as to which one to buy now. Would there be sufficient space on the 40 to do those movements at my height/size? Can afford either just want to get the best for me personally. Thank you for taking time to read this and hope I will hear back!

@@faithstar7454 hi and so lovely to hear from you. So I’m 5ft 1 and love both the sizes of the rebounder fitness trampolines that we have. The 40” is slightly firmer and actually I probably use it the most but like you I enjoy having more space on the 48”. Oooohhhh it’s a tricky one to suggest which one. The maximus prop bungee is 40” and comes assembled but isn’t foldable, so price wise you can save a few pennies if you didn’t need foldable and wanted the smaller size and put discount should still work on this model. But if you decide you want the larger size then it will be the XL fit bounce pro foldable option. The bounce is only a little softer on this size.
