Thank you so much Anna. Getting back into fitness after having my three boys in quick succession and these videos are awesome. 2 months in and up to 45 minutes of a combination of videos. can see and feel the changes in my body already, thought my abs were gone for good!!

i gave up cigarettes after ten years smoking and gained mostly around my tummy..yoga and the gym are not going to be enough to shift it !! i found this gem of a little work out video over the christmas and i have to say its my favourite of them all! it helps to have someone motivating you along and keep it fun and simple.. im starting to do it almost daily now x great job

I loved it, but my shoulders are too week, so it was too hard for me to stay in plank, but the workout is really cool!

Alright there! Have you come across Cobrian Ripped Abs Workout (do a google search)? Ive read some super things about it and my buddy said they had great results with it.

You are not dumb, sweet girl! I think this is more muscle-building than cardio, but it definitely gets my heart rate up! Cardio is really anything that gets your heart pumping! :)

9 years ago. You can really see how POPSUGAR has changed. Three, thin, young, white women. Now we have something that looks a little more like the world. I appreciate it. Wish Anna had stayed, too, but... well, the personal brand thing is... not my thing. POPSUGAR: thanks for the diversity. Would love to see more AGE DIVERSITY as well, please!!
