This is such a killer workout. I've been doing it every day for the past two months and it doesn't seem to get any better! I can get through it, but my abs are absolutely destroyed by the end! I hope it's gets easier over time!

+Emily Vona if you wanna loose weight you have ro do cardio first ! if ur gonna do this workout constantly, ur not gonna see the muscles bc they are getting bigger but they are under ur fat and to burn fat you need to do cardio

FASHION AND BEAUTY hi, if this help, I did jump rope post pregnancy for cardio, I lost all my pregnancy weigh which was 32 lbs within 4 months. I started with just 5 mins interval jump rope a day and gradually increase to 30 mins, follow by abs or total body/upper/lower body with or without weights. I still am doing it about 3/4btimes a week to maintain my weigh. Best

Okay Jake, I haven't been able to work my lower abs for 3 years ever since I had back surgery on my L4 vertebrae. When you put the ball/pillow under your sacrum, I finally was able to tolerate the pain of my lower back. My lower abs will never be neglected again! Thank you!!

I did this workout once through exactly a week ago and I was flopping and stopping every few seconds but this week I felt so much more power & core strength! I haven’t done any other ab workout since! This is my go to ab blast workout and one day I hope I can do this twice in one workout! Push through you will get stronger!!
