Problem is sizing is completely whacked now. XL always fit me for years but vary wildly now. If you are in good shape another really good T shirt is Fresh Clean Tees. On me (6’2” 215) the XL fits a lot like Alpha in this video so they run small. I had to lose a bit of gut before I could wear them. Doesn’t matter if your chest is developed & arms look good if your gut is hanging out in a for fitting T

I've gotten a lot of nice clothes from clearance racks hidden in the back of the clothing stores, it just takes some time because you don't get lucky every time but I keep finding stuff that has discount stickers on top of previous discount stickers and they end up being like 90% off. You don't find those deals online because they would disappear. Probably helps that I'm "uncommon" in terms of size so those sizes are much harder for the stores to sell Thanks a lot for these videos by the way, I had to rebuild my wardrobe after losing weight and had no idea what to wear and now I cringe at the stuff I wore 6 months ago and just feel a lot more confident in general

It’s one thing to promote a product, but another if you’re lying about it being the only product you use when clearly it isn’t. He’s promoted dozens of shirts and will almost surely promote several other brands in the coming months.
