Not everyone has enough time for all that.. usually it's just bathroom breakfast get ready and head out! For busy people this should be an evening routine to relax after a long stressful day😙

Then get up earlier and MAKE more time :p There is no such thing as having no time; it's just all about priorities. If you prefer to sleep longer than being productive then that's just your priority.

I have to get to work at 7 each morning and I try to get up at 5 when I can. It helps me to do an excersize, meditate and anything else to just chill. I definitely could use some improvement with getting to bed early so I can do that every day. If you have to start work at 9 I'm not sure why you couldn't get up at 7 maybe? Just takes practice.

I agree with Sara, I am in the marine corps and no way i can do this in the morning. I wake up at 04:30 every morning and have to stay till late every night

My morning routine starts the night before. I don't need to write things down, because I already know my "daily activities", so I prepare everything I'll need for the next day; such as clothes, food etc., before I go to bed. I go to bed early, and I'm an early riser. No need for an alarm clock, I'm up at sunrise. I feel energetic, and organized, and ready to start my day. Thanks for this inspiring video!!! xoxoxoxoxox

I'm just twelve, but when I wake up it's 5 am, don't care its a child or a women everyone have their own busy routine, mine is studies, early morning studies can help you remember more, trust me! I have a computer type mind... I don't think that I can do this routine, still I love your videos. LOVE from INDIA!!!!

On my morning routine is to listen to classical music, write down my intentions for the day and what I need to do, do gentle streching and go to work! :) Because my german class I am holding starts at 8am I need to be at work at 7.30. am so I usually just grab tea or coffee and have my breakfast after I held my class

I usually don't have much time. But I start my day with one of your morning workouts before showering. The fact that I could find a way to stuff those 15 minutes in, shows me that I could get more healthy things done. My goal is not to stare at my phone before having breakfast and have breakfast at all. 😉 I love making lists so I might integrate this to my routine as well.

My daily routine as an overseas workers first time when I wake up I drink 2 glass of warm water before I going to bathroom after I prepared breakfast for my grandma or ahma I can do my daily routine exercise after I finish my work and my grandma already finish drink here medicine 😘

When you are single you can have that type of life. When you are married you have to multiply for everyone. I do not use alarm your body has an internal alarm. And yes once on the car, relax, calm down there is nothing that you can do but listen and drive. As single person you are unbelievably productive of your goals once married everyone's goal.

I wakeup. Do 60 side to side leg raises while in bed. Drink a pint of water. Excercise, usually on the bike for 1 hour. Drink again. Shower. Eat a carb free breakfast as Im im ketosis. Weight fell off quick.

About how long does this routine take you? I wake up 1.5 hours before I have to get out of the door and I manage to do just about all of this. Seems to work pretty well. I shower at night.

she probably put in her time already. I worked 7 yrs at a job and quit yesterday now I'm a trader. My plan i to work 4 hours a day and spend the rest of the day on hobbies and living life. Took me 7 yrs to pay off $20k in student loans and save up $40k to start learning to trade. Don't assume she started this way. She's been on youtube for years grinding.

I like it very much. But it seems too unrealistic to me. I rise at 6 am, Go to school at 6.45 am an come home at 6.30 pm. I need my 8-9 h sleep per night because of my anxiety and all the daily stress. So I got 2.5 h every evening to learn, shop, cook, eat, clean and take a shower. I have no Idea, how or when I could do this.
