Hey Joanna!! This is my morning routine! After I wake up, I immediately open the curtains, then go straight to the restroom because I, too, have a full morning bladder. Then I take out my retainers and swish my mouth out. I re-hydrate with lots of water, then I Oil Pull for 15-20 minutes. While pulling, I usually say my prayers and prepare or review my schedule for the day (most times I write up my to-do's before bed). Once the timer chimes, I brush my teeth and then I eat breakfast and check emails, etc. I am working towards incorporating exercise into my morning routine. That's it! I really enjoy your routine! That oatmeal looks so tasty!!! :P

today was a good day. I worked all day and brought my food that I prepared. I over packed. I panicked thinking that I would need more food and I wasn't that hungry. since I am eating more nutritious foods manly fruits and vegetables, they fill me . I dont eat or drink the crape that I use to. I dont understand why I'm not hungry. when I ate whatever I wanted I was hungry all the time. now I have will power. thankyou for the support. I am going to watch your videos everyday so I can stay focused. I am so happy to have found your channel. I am taking it day by day. I didn't work out because I haven't done that in a long time since I dont know if I will like it. lol. but my diet is working out for me. when I went to work I prepared carrot and onion soup, 2 green smoothies, a vegetable and egg white omelet, carrots and mashed hummas, mashed potatoes and edemame, and nuts. I panicked I thought I was going to eat all that and I only a half of that. I have to learn my body. I should of know that I brought too much food. but I didn't. I dont know the new me and I dont know why I am not hungry like I use to be. I use to use the word starving alot. when you responded I was so happy and I felt like you was my friend. thankyou for your help. I didn't weigh myself cause I am hoing to wait for Tuesday night. my humbled thankyou is for you. goodnight

So good to see ur morning routine!! One thing I would like share with u is I used to drink and chew 1/2 tbs fenugreek seed socked in 1/2 cup of water over night. I add half lemon juice in it and then drink it followed by 1 full glass of water daily morning It gives nutrition to my body. Try this out.

My morning routine consists of waking up early because I work as a teacher and school starts at about 8 in the morning. So, it's a shave, shower, a quick breakfast, brush teeth, throw on what I plan to wear, and I'm out the door.

Normally, I wake up really early so I have enough time on my own to get ready for school. I drink a cup of coffee while I do my makeup and watch KZbin videos. On the weekends, I do the same without the makeup and I end up reading a book most of the time.

omg your mornings are sooo relaxing !!!! I wish I could learn to relax more but my idea of relaxing is playing facebook games mainly seek and find my neurologist said its a good workout for my brain they took my short term memory so anything that I have to constantly go find something helps train my brain to regain a short term memory to some extent so I do play them but because I am told to. My morning start with a wet nose telling me its time to get up they are my alarm clock my dogs know when its breakie time and they wake me pretty much the same time every day, I get up play with pups for a few mins, wash the face brush the teeth do morning pee, and wash up again head out to make breakie for the doggies .. they are allergic to dog food for I have to cook for the dogs. I then make their food feed them when they are done I clean up the mess make my bed hook up my dogs and take em for a sort of walk more like a sniff around the block so morning pee's can be had. I live in an apt so no back yard my guys are walked a lot. Then we come back I then finally get my coffee )my green tea and lemon does not start until around 11 I always have two coffee's in the morning) straighten up do a little weight lifting nothing major like five min then finally get my coffee of the morning and sit down... I then have to start on taking my meds I have a few I have to get through in the morning... ever morning that is how I start ever on special days we never alter its always the same

Hi ! I am new to your channel and really enjoy it 😄. My morning routine is pretty similar and following a good night, it does make a difference. I am not keen though on using oil before ironing the hair. I used to do that with coconut oil and really damaged it. Now I apply oil only as a hair mask the night before shampoo. Xx

My routine is wake up every morning at 4:30 am, quickly shower and dress myself and go to work. Work work work a lot and when it's 8:30pm I'm heading home. Eat and sleep. That's it. Don't have time to take care of myself.

hi Joanna, first of all thank you for sharing your dayly routine. i need your help, i really suffer searching for the right time to do my workouts, i have to be at work at 8 A.M. so it's impossible to do them in the morning, i workout about 6P.M. do you think it's useless, since i can't see real results from my exercises. do you think the time of exercising is the reason?

Joanna Soh I need your help plz. You said that we have to eat 5 meals a day every 3-4 hours. Well I eat breakfast at 6:50 am before to go to school. In school I go to lunch at 11:20 and other days at 12:15 so that's 3-4 hours from the time I eat breakfast so should I eat lunch or a snack? Then I come back at 3 home so do I eat lunch or a snack and then at 7 do I eat a snack or dinner? Can you plz tell me how to set my meals up. Ps I can't put my food on a fridgeo or warm up food at school!
