10 Most Dangerous Countries for Americans or Westerners.

You know some countries are more dangerous than Detroit or a Lingerie party at my cousin's ex-wife's house. Yes, it's hard to believe, I know.
In general, the world can be a dangerous place. You could be in danger no matter where your plane lands. The thing is, some countries excel in danger. And some even bump that up a notch depending on where you hail from. If you think everyone in the world loves America and its people, you’ve lived a sheltered life and I want to congratulate you on escaping from where ever you were and are now able to get on the internet to watch this video.
The fact is, some countries are dangerous for everyone, especially Americans, so much so the Dept. of State updates a report every couple weeks called Travel Advisory. This is a report that ranks the danger level a country might have for Americans that travel there. It has colors like a mood right of danger and goes from level 1 Blue that Exercise normal precautions, up to 4) Red Do not travel.

Women are allowed to drive in Iran lol, and we like bowling:) The Iranian government DOES hate the United States government sadly. Travelling to Iran is an amazing experience but because of the corruption amongst the government, it can be dangerous. It's sad that countries politicize their corrupt relationships with other corrupt governments. Most people are good people, and could live together peacefully or travel safely to different countries, but corrupt governments try to promote hate for whatever their agenda is and it creates false stereotypes of their own citizens or other countries citizens. I live in Texas and I've met great people from all over the world and it's not the people who are hateful or the problem, it's our governments.

It has been made public how the gov handles its own people by way of leaks from escapees of their military and visitors. If a person is found guilty of ANY crime then their entire family is at risk. While the elite of the government enjoy food they let their own people starve. Every person of age is forced into the military and some don't even survive because of starvation. National law if you show ANY disrespectful action to their insane God leader then it will lead to a death sentence. No visitors are allowed without having a party representative escorting them. No photography allowed unless approved by the escort. NK is probably the most dangerous nation on Earth because of the lunatic that controls every aspect of everyday life. The only influence he respects is China.

I'm Iranian and I've seen videos of Americans travelling safely to Iran recently. Although I'm not trying to say it's the safest place especially for Americans to visit, it has one of the most peaceful, hospitable, and generous people who respect you and love you no matter where you come from. I live in Thailand and I have so many American friends. I found our culture similar in so many ways... so, don't get it wrong! We are separated by politics and silly borders, but in fact we are all humans with so much in common :)

Even covering the hair is softened tremendously to just having a symbolic cover. Of course in official places it is enforced more and the law is less enforced for foreign visitors. Women in Iran were never banned to drive, that country is Saudi Arabia. Female students and teachers make up about 60% of university teachers and students.... Yes, there is big quest for freedom for women in Iran but that has nothing to do with travel safety for Americans. There are about 1 million Iranian-Americans many of them traveled regularly to Iran on a yearly basis. Currently there are a handful of Iranian-Americans in jails in Iran. I can believe some of them were actually spies but also the rest in jail because they punched the wrong keys concerning security. Same thing will happen in the US when for example a visitor from Middle East, knowingly or not, approaches sensitive places. I am not saying all of this to defend Iranian government or their abusive history, but misinformation you are providing is even worse.

Yemen's culture looks amazing! It is a pity for the ongoing war there for decades, but if I were to visit any Arabic country, I could have gone for Yemen. The country looks as if it holds the most ancient and greatest heritage from the Arabic world. Even the film " Stargate" was filmed over there. Such a unique and well preserved architecture!

I visited Teheran, Shiraz & Mashad in Iran 2 years ago for 8 days alone. It was a tremendous experience, people are so friendly there. I am an Indonesian but people in Iran think I am a chinese or a japanese. My friends worried when I decided to have vacations in Iran but after coming back to my country by showing pictures in Iran, my friends changed their mind abt Iran. People get destructive info from mass media thats why my friends think Iran is not safe to visit but I proved its not 😊

I grow up in South America, and can tell you that people out there are tourist friendly, especially if they know you are Americano. Just stay in tourist friendly zones and avoid coming near favelas and you will enjoy beautiful tropical scenery and the friendly people.

I've lived and worked in most of these places back in the 70's. Not much has changed in all these years except that many places have actually gotten worse. Much worse. I routinely contracted all of the local diseases and plagues going around too. That said, I enjoyed the local cultures, food, and languages. I had fun with exploring those regions and cultures. Would I do it again? Are you insane?! I did it after two tours of duty in Viet Nam and my government needed my expertise.

I've worked in Abadan Iran on several occasions, at a oil refinery there, .as a supervisor for a Australian company ,im often there with a team of tradesmen like fitter,s and boilermakers ,riggers etc when they do site shut-downs. We go into town ,never a problem the people are very accommodating and friendly .Love the food 😋 it's fantastic.

My father went to Yemen before the pandemic. He said he felt like he was home..... the people are so nice. My father went to wedding celebration dance uninvited and theyre happy with it.
