Tbh nobody who is a student at Hogwarts should be on this list they were students for a reason that includes Harry however one can't deny that during Harry's years at Hogwarts he was already more powerful then a lot of wizards and witchs at that age

Yeah i was wondering tht same question 😂😂...Rowling tried to prove bros power first his mentors all got killed then his wand broke n still he did all tht was needed to be done including stealing information from Voldemort's mind ....i think he should be placed above snape atleast coz of his resourcefullness, owner of a very loyal and powerful wand n his ability to learn whatever he needed to learn whether it is patronus in his third year or expelli armus which rebounced the killing curse back on Tom Riddle

You can find many rankings online that reflect this.
