This is such a good video, has really helped me realise the importance of pole safety and proper technique I'm definitely going to be going to the studio today and working on my technique

THANKS A LOOOT! I’ve tried this move once, and I couldn’t even figure out how to squeeze my legs right… Your tutorial helped me, and the next class i made it on first try! 😍😍😍 Also I’ve learnt 2 more of crucifix variations, the straight one, and the folded one. It was all because of the right leg gripping

Great video 🎉 I’ll try your tips and tricks 😊 Do you have any recommendation for conditioning exercices without pole? I struggle with core strenght and can’t seem to lift my hips high enough so I just kick the air and can’t invert

Thank you so much for making a video on this! It’s been 6 months into my journey and I’m feeling my confidence really knocked, and feeling like I’ve hit a plateau with tricks. I’ve challenged myself to new ones but realize I’m not ready yet, and I’m finding it harder to understand the instructors guidance during class, maybe since I’m more in my head now? But this video was really helpful at reminding me of ways I can reignite my confidence for this beautiful sport ❤

I guess coming to pole 45 years in age and already on disability, it seems rather obvious that pole could (will) cause injury and why.. I played on a pole in my elementary schools playground in grade school, some years back now, 😅 and that let me feel the burn. Not to mention falling off and those subsequent injuries..

yeah, Ithink it's about time I started learning to climb the pole the CORRECT way rather than how I've been doing it. I tried teaching myself based solely on how it looked like other people were doing it and was confused as to why i kept hurting the top of my foot. Like "how were all these pole dances doing this without hurting their feet all the time." I've been pushing myself up the pole with JUST my feet rather than using both my legs and arms. (Now all i have to do is actually work on my upper body strength *cries)

Pole dancing hurts. Really hurts, it hurt my ankle so much when learning to climb, but the more you do it, the more you can cope and get used to it I never did gymnastics, the most I can do is a cartwheel, yet I think I’m getting used to pole dancing and doing good! Never give up ❤

I am so grateful for your content! I really appreciate the knowledge you share. I am taking beginner courses here in Germany. So far, no one has explained the correct basic technique to me. Personally, I like to overdo it, so I am pretty sure your content will protect me from injuries. Thank you so much❤

I just started yesterday and I have watched a few videos but your videos are by far the absolute best for beginners I love how you show the step more then once and slow everything down.. I used to be a dancer and was super flexible but that was when I was a teenager I didn’t realize how out of shape I really have become. I’m not as flexible as I once was.. I’m having a bit of trouble with learning the pirouette, but hopefully with time I’ll get it pretty easy.

I’m not satisfied with how I’m being taught. It’s ineffective and not as rewarding as it should be. The classes are overpriced. I’m sure my lack of muscle mass and technical skills are subpar and I’d say my studio is definitely a least partially to blame. It’s frustrating.
