I'm thinking you should make an action video for kids on this about going to the Zoo. I'm a Turtle (chin tucks), I'm a Butterfly (Butterfly expansions), I'm a Cat, I'm a Camel, I'm a Monkey (hanging), I'm an Orangutan (Doorway Stretch) etc... They spend so much time on their phones, especially 7-10 year olds - if they learned this at an early age it could only help later in life!
@indriadrayton11323 жыл бұрын
Joan O' Dell patent that idea and run with it!! 😊💜
@wahooooh3 жыл бұрын
Nice idea, but zoo’s are a little bit depressing. Idk if it’s because I’ve watched so many nature shows, but whenever I end up at a zoo, the animals look out of it or display stereotypic behaviors for captive animals. And the animals are usually just there for profit (purchased or bred to keep guests coming). ANYWAYS! I love the idea of combining animals with stretches! And if anything, they can bring wildlife and nature in general or animal sanctuaries into the video! Like instead of a trip to a zoo, they could just take a trip out into the wilderness! Or to some wildlife sanctuaries! (imaginary ones of course lol)

Good posture improves your mood too! I used to suffer from low self-esteem. Years ago I couldn't figure out why it was almost impossible for me to stand up straight until I had deep tissue massage to release my pectorals which had shortened due to my poor posture and attitude. Keep it positive by keeping good posture 🕺

Question for Brad since you have experience with martial arts. As I got more flexible with the side-split stretch, I began to feel an intense pain in my hips before I can feel the effective stretch. Hi guys! I just wanted to say that if you made some graphic that people could screenshot, or a link to a jpg in the description, that had all the exercises and a picture or two of each it would be really helpful-- and since it would be very postable and savable probably route even more web traffic your way (not that the most famous physical therapists on the internet need any help with that of course).

wrong video ; ) don't focus on it; focus on his negative qualities to give you a realistic view [he wasn't perfect; nobody is] focus on other things in your life that you enjoy, don't repeat negative thoughts in your head ['I'll never find anyone' -replace it with something balanced 'this one didn't work out, but there's lots of other guys'] Give yourself time to work through it, and remember that everyone goes through this sooner or later, so you're not alone! Hang in there, this, too shall pass : )
