No. Even from what he said, which I would take with a pinch of salt, it is a very big stretch for you to conclude puff was involved in Pac's death. He was aligned with the people that shot Pac yes but there is no evidence he gave them the order to do it. What happened between them and Pac that night is on camera and very well documented. Had Pac not attacked Orlando Anderson, he would probably be alive today. There was no hit put out on him. Everything happened incidentally that night. Suge Knight did put out the hit on Big out of perceived retaliation for Pac's death though. I don't think there is much dispute about that.
