The same way that I’m a Director of a Program - as he mentioned in the video, we are still able to be quite social and enjoy motivating others even though we’re introverts. Talk shows only happen a few hours a day and the rest of the work is behind the scenes, but when Oprah is off, she spends a lot of time alone or with a few close people.
