If there were 2 things I never would have thought should go together, it would be Lord of the Rings and Lego. Yet, when looking at the castles, it makes perfect sense. Really cool set!

Just finished building Rivendell. And my god THAT’S a set! Also, seeing the magnificent trees from the set had me thinking. They did it before with Ewok village, and considering that they were able to design botanical themed sets, I think it’s highly possible for them to design a Lothlorien set.

I love Lego lord of the rings, other than the Lego castle line it's definitely my favorite Lego theme, Lord of the rings is also my favorite movie series ever and this set is perfect, but it is still 500$ and yes everything that this set has does justify and I do really want this set! that but it's still a lot of money, it's half of 1000$ and the same price for something like a ps5 something that gives you more value for your money while this set is just for something just to display and when I could use that money for something else that may be more worth it. I'm at a bit of a loss, any advice?

Thanks for your comment! I totally understand how you feel about the price of the Lego set, and it can be tough to decide whether it's worth it. While a PS5 may offer more value in terms of entertainment, it's important to prioritize what brings you joy. Take some time to consider your budget and what other options you have. If I was hesitant, personally, then I would hold off. And this is coming from someone that absolutely loves LEGO and LOTR! If it helps, I won’t be getting this set anytime soon. It’ll be available for at least 2-3 years, would be my guess, so you have plenty of time 🙂
