Me and my brother talk about this all the time. We've noticed that ever since we got in shape, we're less angry when things go wrong in at work because we already let our anger out in exercising. You're also more confidence with yourself if you're in shape.

Man this man taught me so much coming from Africa And being poor and now 16 years old in Dubai And now reading books and watching your KZbin vidz Helped me so much that it changed my view of bussines and rich people, I understood that only way is out by controlling my destiny and investing my self and hopefully in 2 to 3 years I'll start my own bussines ( thank you for everything you've done for me 🙏🙏🙏)

Finally someone touches this sensitive topic. I use to tell my self back than It is not essential to be in shape to get rich, but If you are to lazy to keep your OWN body fit and in shape, how you expect to run a successful company ? That takes 10 times more work, stress and will power than going to the gym 3-4 times a week. Not native english speaker but I watched each of your vids ! Keep it up Patrick, you are the best, you are one of the heroes this worlds needs, but does not deserve !

I've been doing 1 hour of cardio EVERYDAY for 3 years and I MUST say that my concentration, focus, and will power are stronger then ever. I may look like a skinny stick because I do more cardio then weight lifting but I'm not doing this for the body. For me it's all about the brain power.

Good stuff, Pat. I’m a 5’9” 56 year old male who let myself get up to 235 lbs. I’ve been going to the gym and working on my nutrition for the past 6 months. I’m feeling so much better. This video is one more source of motivation to keep me focused on building better health so I can be more productive in work, family life and in pursuing my interests. I’ll be rewatching this and reviewing the pdf on a regular basis. Thanks again.

This is so true. A lot of my clients are entrepreneurs and digital entrepreneurs, and 1 to 2 months in the mentorship program I give them, they start to realize they are making more money than ever. Simply because as soon as a person starts to change one thing here and there, a snowball effect starts to happen. - more energy; - more productivity; - more positivity; - more confidence and self-esteem; and many other side effects that come with that. All it takes it's a certain level of commitment, and with the right help, those habits can stay with people for many many years. Thanks for sharing this message.

Couldn't agree more Pat. I'm just starting my own business and I'm still going to the gym. Not because a have a lot of time to train, actually I have less time, but going to the gym and exercising is more about a mentality and a discipline you built and reflects on every aspect of your life. Great video.

Solid points. I just started going to the gym from yesterday and boom this video appears to validate the benefits. One add'l benefit I read elsewhere was that when you have pushed yourself hard (exercise) earlier in the morning, you can tackle any obstacle during the course of the day. Everything just feels small and doable. Thanks Pat.

Dear Patrick! This is by far the very best short motivational video that I have watched from you. I am a qualified oilfield engineer with two majors in chemical engineering and petroleum engineering, and I have been trained in Pau, France, and Texas, U.S.A. and worked in Sub-Saharan Africa from 2009-2015. I will soon become a qualified personal trainer, nutritionist, and online coach specializing in weight management for corporate private and online clients. I have done two body transformations in the last 10 years. I had lived in Texas, U.S.A. from 2011-2012, and gained so much weight with high blood pressure, pre-diabetes, and high cholesterol. I had lost 60 pounds in less than 9 months after I had left Texas, U.S.A. by doing superset weightlifting and cardio training on a low fat, low carbohydrate, high protein diet. However, I was not able to maintain my weight at the age of 38 years old, 6'1" at 198 lbs with lean muscle mass and more than 10% body fat after my first body transformation was a success. Unfortunately, I had regained all that weight I had lost before when I had gone back to work in the oilfield again. I had left the oilfield in 2015 due to the downturn in the oil & gas sector, and started a small business in the solar energy sector, but it had failed since I got no financial support after knocking on the doors of 12 venture capital firms. Then I have decided to start doing superset weightlifting and kickboxing training again on a ketogenic diet with intermittent fasting. I have lost more than 60 lbs in just six months with my second body transformation, and I am still able to maintain my current weight at the age of 46 years old, 6'1" at 198 lbs with lean muscle mass and less than 10% body fat over the past two years. This has inspired me to focus my attention away from going back to work as an oilfield engineer, and become a qualified personal trainer, nutritionist, and online coach as soon as possible. Please keep posting great motivational videos. Thanks & regards, Mr. Eldridge Sawyer

I love this Pat - as an online fitness coach who works with busy corporate male employees, I know that my clients are completely different people when they incorporate exercise into their lives. ONE week passes with no physical activity, I feel like crap!! I have lifted off and on since junior high. I will never stop, ever! Working out does everything Patrick mentions and possibly more. Doing calisthenics daily is better than doing nothing at all. You don't even need jogging shoes, let alone a gym.

When I started watching PAT a little over a year ago I saw an episode he made that talked about health. Specifically weight and other bad habits. And he mentioned your weight can be indicator of how disciplined you are as a person. This mentioned with the overall benefits of just being healthy and maintaining a good weight and how that improves over all life quality helped me get on treadmill. Back then I weighed about 245lbs - 250lbs. And as of today I weigh in at 190lbs and counting - Thanks Pat
